Honestly it was very underwhelming as a Korean who has a lot of Japanese friends. I wanted to have a good food but it's just not it. We paid $71(paid extra for tip) for two bottles of water, one appetizer, and two entrees. Portion is kind of small, and the food came in 10-13min but it was served cold. When I say cold, the ramen wasn't even steaming. It was barely lukewarm. Starting with Okonomiyaki•• This is not an Okonomiyaki. It's barely a veggie pancake because all I tasted was the batter. When you make Okonomiyaki, one of the main thing is to put a chunk of cabbage and bacon on top, and batter is to just help it keep the form. Okonomiyaki has to be thicker than your finger at least. This thing that was $13 or something was barely a batter and not even half a thickness of your pinky finger. I don't recommend ordering this. Moving on to the ramen. I mean it was luekwarm which was not appetizing.. Even the seaweed was mushy as if it was already on the bowl forever, not served fresh. The soup base was good. I don't know about everything else. Temperature of the food was terrible. Noodle was too thick. I was expecting ramen not a udon thickness on egg noodle. Plus the noodle was overcooked and didn't taste like the soupbase at all. You do get a half an egg. The egg was good. The three pork pieces on the ramen were too dry and hard to chew. If the intension was to make a Chashu pork, that's not it... Steak Satay was not bad at all. Again can do better at portion size but that's okay. Rice was well seasoned, steak was dry but it was okay. The coleslaw was not really a coleslaw becauss there was no cabbage or anything, more like a carottes râpées, but it does taste very good. 10/10 for that. Servers were very nice, but if I want an asian food I don't think I'll be back. The food being cold was just not okay with me and I can't believe that I paid $15 for nothing on that okonomiyaki.. Also kimchi was spelled wrong under the Korean fried chicken sandwich menu.

From the moment you step into Foku Asian Street Food, you know you’re in for something special. This place doesn’t just serve food—it delivers an experience, crafted with care, authenticity, and undeniable skill. Every dish bursts with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the passion and precision in each bite. Let’s start with the Tom Yum Soup—a true standout. The broth was vibrant and aromatic, with the perfect balance of tangy lime, lemongrass, and chili heat. Every spoonful was a celebration of fresh flavors, dancing between bold and delicate in a way that only a truly well-crafted soup can. The dumplings were next, and they did not disappoint. Soft, flavorful, and beautifully folded, each bite revealed a delicious, juicy filling that showcased the kitchen’s commitment to technique and taste. They were nothing short of incredible. Then came the papaya salad—a refreshing, crunchy masterpiece. It was spot on in both flavor and texture, striking that ideal harmony of sweet, spicy, and sour that defines this classic dish. It was light yet satisfying, and left a lasting impression. What sets Foku apart is not just their menu, but their dedication to authentic Asian street food culture. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned foodie, every plate here transports you to the bustling street markets of Thailand, Vietnam, and beyond

Foku is hands-down one of the best new spots in Downtown Aguadilla. Everything we ordered was super fresh and full of flavor. The dumplings were perfect, the pork belly baos were flavorful, the nikkei was fresh, and the dessert was incredible and beautifully plated. If you're into bold, well-made food that doesn’t feel rushed or generic and want to support a local business, Foku is 100% worth checking out. Come and support my insanely hardworking colleagues and friends who have poured their heart and soul into creating this amazing and unique space.
