Wendy's — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Horrible, terrible service here. If you love standing in line, waiting to place a simple order then this is the place. Rude! Doesn't matter how short the wait line is: you're simply going to wait. The fries are soggy when they finally reach you. Two out of three times they've gotten my very easy PLAIN BACON CHEESBURGER combo WRONG!!! Also, I've gotten food poisoning on one occasion when I was craving a strawberry frosty. Never ordered THAT again. Restrooms are filthy. Tables look as if they've never been wiped down. Management is poorly run. I've walked out twice after standing in line for over twenty mins. The line consisted of one customer in front of me and my husband and two young drunks cutting up at register. Actually, staff was flirting shamelessly with these two idiots and while staff found them hilarious the rest of the patient customers (line began growing in frustration!) decided we'd had enough and all walked out. Staff and management simply laughed at us. While inside patrons order, staff seems more concerned with drive-thru orders, neglecting long standing counter customers. And trust me!! We've tried drive-thru. It runs one or two seconds faster than walking inside to order. This Wendy's is in fact the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. If you're one that gets hangry, avoid this place like the plague. Still, my advice is to find anywhere other than this catastrophic failure.

My rating is ALL 👎👎 down. Hated to give this slop even one star. Much better choices on Avenue Isla Verde....

El servicio dentro demasiado lento. Soooo heres the thing the line was super long and the staff was simply joking around and not doing their work. The staff members was horribly slow and didnt get orders right, i actually saw abou 3 people walk in saying their order was wrong. We spent more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and when we finally ordered we wad to wait about 15 more minutes for a simple CHEESBURGER LIKE NOTHING ON IT JUST MEAT AND CHEESE. Don’t understand how this establishment has over 4 starts. Let’s begin with manning, they are always understaffed for the amount of customers that walk in. Additionally, there’s little to no hospitality/customer service been delivery. The employees all look like they don’t wanna work here and a few have attitudes towards the customer. Make sure to check your order before leaving cause chances are they got it wrong.
