Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Aiken County

My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up on my way home from work. 2/3 of it was incorrect. I ordered two pizzas and one Philly cheese steak sandwich. One pizza was correct. I ordered double ham on one pizza. It had about 15 pieces of ham. There was hardly any meat on my Philly cheese sandwich. The young lady went and got the "manager". He and the two young ladies are looking over my good. He agreed that they was NOT enough ham for it to be double. And definitely wasn't enough meat on the sandwich. He said he would remake them. I now have to sit another 10 to 15 minutes. At NO time did anyone speak nor check on me. I sat there waiting unhappily. When my order was ready and I checked it. I asked the "manager" his name because I was NOT happy and wanted to complain. He gave his name, Dillon K. He then offered and apology saying "I can give you a free soda." Really?! I just walked out. We were trying to redeem the free emergency pizza. Never thought it would be so difficult! The website will not let you complete the order if you try to add a tip, so be prepared to tip your driver. I found this out because a phone number popped up for me to call to complete the order, turns out it was the main number for Dominos. And you cannot redeem the emergency pizza unless you order online, which I couldn’t do because of trying to tip the driver. Took 45 min to order, figured it out myself . Then it was sitting in “quality check” for about 25 min, ice cold when delivered. 100% NOT the driver’s fault. He only took 8 min to arrive. 100% THAT store’s fault. AND, the girl answering the phone when I was transferred from the main office, put me on hold…for 55 min….waiting for a manager to help me…in fact I finally hung up after the pizza was delivered. I ordered carry out-medium pizza, salad, pasta bowl, brownie cookie, cheese bread, and 2 liter. My husband picked it up on his way home. He asked the cashier when he picked it up if he had everything...she assured him yes. He came home without the salad or the 2-liter, of which we had already paid for. I called the store twice to be hung up on twice. I had to drive back to the store. The cashier then had to get approval from the manager before he could give me the salad and 2-liter I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THAT THEY ORIGINALLY FORGOT TO GIVE ME!
