McDonald's — Restaurant in Aiken County

Today’s cashier for mornings and everyday since the first day I met her she must be new has been gossiping and not being transparent with the order. When making order cashier makes gestures by saying more than what is requested. Today’s morning was just hilarious. After helping customer the cashier was not the least helpful with assisting me. Instead the cashier fumbled through the cashiers register looking for coins for the previous already ordered customer . The customer and cashier went on about the coins(Pennie’s and rolls of another coin) that may have some significant value maybe but I am a customer on the regular that would like to have service rendered at McDonalds . I did not have any issue with cashier helping the customer with the order but overlooking the other valued customers for the already service value customer is bad customer service and experience . The customer before even reached in the cash register to grab what coins is needed. Now I have to door dash my food because I feel as if with the cashier always adding extra to my order as some type of sense of humor and today’s incident seems really bad customer service and being targeted as a customer . Terrible terrible service. The place was very busy at 1:49 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon (June 2, 2024). Only one cashier and she was backed up with customers waiting to order. The kitchen was totally trashed out. I wish I had taken pictures of the floor. What a mess!

The cashier was kind enough to start a fresh brew of coffee for me, so I waited about five minutes for this coffee. The coffee was to go. I got about three or four minutes down the road, took a sip, and nearly spit the coffee out. The coffee had a strong perfume smell like someone with handlotion on their hands handled my coffee or put handlotion in the coffee. It was undrinkable. Thankfully, a Waffle House at the next Interstate exit was able to provide me with a decent cup of coffee. What a mess. Ten minutes of my time wasted at this place and $2.19 for a cup of coffee that was trashed because it was undrinkable. Should have kept on driving. Had the worst experience here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went through the drive-thru. We ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals and an extra fry, and even made sure to check that it was the right order when paying. However, we realized the receipt included a Filet-O-Fish so we were already nervous. We were then given a bag that included 3 cheeseburgers, instead of 4, (some with modifications we did not ask for), and then were told to have a nice day. (Still don't know where the Filet-O-Fish went). We explained that we were missing 2 drinks, 3 fries, and an extra cheeseburger. After confusing the employee, the manager made sure to actually give us what we had ordered. After waiting for a while, we were finally given 2 drinks, 4 cheeseburgers, and 2 fries. Still missed our extra order of fries but we just wanted to leave, so we did. The drinks tasted like river water, and burgers were disgusting. The only up-side was that they were nice about it.
