McDonald's — Restaurant in Aiken County

today i ordered food for myself and my family. I ordered there new bbq chicken strips for me and other food all on the same order. I paid $25 and some change. When i got home the chicken strips were not in the bag. I called and spoke with Stephany who apologized and said my wife can pick them up on her way home since i live so far from that store. When my wife arrived they gave her a hard time and said since Stephany went home 15 mins before my wife got there that she would have to wait until she came back to work. they gave my wife a bunch of attitude and were very rude. I just wanted the food i paid for but now it's going in the trash because i think they spit in it from the way they treated my wife. It's sad because i really wanted to try the new chicken strips but now ill go to burger king or anywhere else because this is unacceptable customer service. Also i forgot to mention that when i went inside to place my order they made me wait for 5 or 6 minutes while they made an employee order and then said they would find the cashier to take my order while i was the only customer...

We took our granddaughters there for lunch. They wanted to play in the play area and get ice cream after we ate. The floor was very slippery like it had been mopped with a cleaning solution that made it slippery. In the restroom one of the commodes would not flush. There were two young boys in the play station, not attended by any adult, that were misbehaving so badly our granddaughters were not able to go in there. They were barefooted, climbing on the wire and getting on the outside of the cage. They took two signs down and used them for skateboards inside the tunnels. They took two highchairs from the toddler section and used them to push fast and jump on them for a ride. They began to wrestle each other, pushing and shoveing until they were on the floor. We reported them to a server who spoke to them briefly, but they continued their bad behavior. To top our eating experience there, when we ordered our ice cream we were told their machine was broken. I did not raise a fuss with any one at this location due to the fact no one seemed to know what was going on for one and for two every one in the store looked no older than 19 at best. But as a former employee of McDonald's( not this location ) I find it completely unacceptable that 4 burgers and a large fry took over 25 mins and it was forgotten about seeing as I sat in the pull up spot until the other 15 people in the drive thru got their orders promptly and left. After the last person pulled away I sat for another moment giving the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately I had to walk inside to ask where my order was and no one seemed to have an answer as to why it wasn't ready nor even complete. Mind you this was pushing 30 mins at this point. I proceeded to wait patiently for another 5 mins while every one in the kitchen goofed off talking about what's going on after work instead of focusing at the task at hand. Severely disappointed.
