The pizza was amazing (it was dripping with grease though). But the thing I want to talk about is the "Philly cheese steak sub". I was splitting one with my aunt but she doesn't like the vegetables, so we asked for them to not be on there. I figured it would be fine since there would still be plenty of meat and cheese.... Or so I thought. There was barely any meat on it at all, it was dry, and they only used half of a slice of provolone for each half of the sub. It's supposed to be filled with sliced juicy beef and mozzarella but I got chunks of dry beef with half a slice of provolone. It was also $8. Also, I forgot to mention, that the Sprite tasted like mildew, the floor needed mopping, the trash can is just a big outdoor one that's sitting inside of a little shack looking thing. I don't even know what to call it but it was covered in the remains of old food. The tables were clean at least

Very polite young lady (teen) took my phone order. My pizzas were ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, the online menu doesn't specify that the prices are for a medium, I guess. I paid almost $50 for 2 mediocre pizzas. The flavor was good, a tad oily, but "The Works" was basically a black olive pizza. And it was hard to find much meat on the 4 Meat Specialty. Also, as you can see in the photos, the cheese only covered the center of the pie. The edge of the Works was 2 inches of plain bread. Unfortunately, it's the only place to get pizza for 20 miles.

We got into town last night and I ordered the Italian Sub. It tasted like the meat was spoiled and stunk so I took it off and tried eating more of the sub but ended up throwing it away. There was barely any meat on it to begin with. I should have went to Subway for a sub.

Last week I went to Russell's Pizza I went there about close to closing time. I ordered a pizza they put no sauce on my pizza I live 20 miles away I call back the young man said he will replace it when I come back from my replacement all of a sudden management says they won't replace my pizza I should have brought it back there. That to me is a worst business ever I spend my money on food I expect quality food and I expect my money's worth and I expect you to keep your word and not tell me one thing and do another now all of a sudden his management you can't replace it all this and that and that and then guess what you won't get another dime from me. I suggest anyone that wants Pizza not to go to Russell's Pizza. If you want food don't eat anywhere in Wagner I don't suggest any place in Wagner nothing not even Subway because you're dealing with a bunch of ignorant imbeciles and that's just what it is. Sorry the truth hurts also the truth will set you free do not spend one coin and Russell's Pizza. They should have kept their word with me I spend a lot of money in that place I spent plenty money in that place and I expect quality if I'm spending my money so if you want greasy sauceless Pizza go to Russell's Pizza okay if you want young people with no Business and Professional mindset go to Russell's Pizza if you want quality of any type stay out of wagener. I'm just...

I have had many bad experiences here but none worthy of a review until today. I called and ordered TWO "the works" pizzas with no olives and xtra sauce, a salad and a cookie. When I arrived and got my total, price was off so I questioned it and it turns out they only made 1 of my pizzas so it was gonna be another 10 min wait, fine! Get home and the pizza they rushed to made was not only cold in the middle but all my toppings were on half the pizza only so I got basically half cheese and half the works. So I was punished for their mistakes bc they only made 1 of my pizzas? Over $54 in food just for it to be absolute garbage! Don't know if training doesn't exist here but i know they wouldn't make their own family a pizza this pathetic that's for sure. I was too upset to take a photo but they know what they did and have definitely lost a 10 year customer bc I'd rather drive 20 miles to pelion than eat this dog food again. They should be ashamed of themselves for giving out food like they gave to me today and I really hope they receive proper training going forward or people will stop coming for mediocre food that's not even made...
