Don’t go to this location. They have poor customer service, they don’t bother greeting you when you first come in nor when you’re leaving. This place is unsanitary. There was trash on the floor & tables, along with old pieces of food on tables. They need to learn how to clean. I saw a dead fly sitting in the bacon pan. Picture is attached below. Idk how long it had been sitting there before I went, but that’s disgusting & a health violation. They’re kinda rude too. I only went today because I had a coupon that said buy 2 footlongs for only $12.99, but once I got to the register & went to hand it to the employee, he refused to take it & just said “no coupons accepted”. I wish I would have known that before I went & before my subs were already made. I spent almost double on my food than if I would’ve been able to use the coupon. Why send them out if you’re not gonna honor them?? I’ve only been to this location maybe 2-3 times, but I won’t be going back. The last time I went, probably about a year ago at this point, I ordered a footlong & a 6 inch sub, but got charged for 2 footlongs instead. I wasn’t given a receipt, & so when I called for a refund or at least the other half of my sub, the lady got super rude & nasty with me, saying “you should have your receipt, we always give them out, I can’t do a refund with no receipt” even though she forgot to give it to me. How’s that my fault? She tried to argue on the phone with me saying she gave me my receipt but I know she didn’t bc I didn’t have it. & i usually keep receipts in case something happens. Read moreOne time I came here during a lunch break after they got their new ownership recently and got a lemonade and a cookie and sat down for a few to charge my phone on my lunch break and went to the bathroom and came back and they made me leave and said that the tables were only for paying customers who were eating. I literally had a cookie and a lemonade. They said it had to be real food and that the tables were reserved for customers. There was nobody else in there. They were super rude..they literally told me to leave. Another instance before that one I ordered a flatizza through the drive thru and they were out of boxes and bags so they handed me a pizza wrapped in the subway paper with one single layer so sauce and grease was dripping all over my hands and my work clothes and when I opened it up the sauce was all rubbed off onto the paper. Upon arrival I was told that the order was not received and that I could not have my sandwiches after showing the email confirmation and that it was drafted from my bank account, and after talking to the store manage all that I could do is call customer support and try to get my money back that way. After 30 minutes my order went through and then was told that they didn’t have the stuff to make my order. Also a sandwich that we ordered wasn’t even on they’re menu. The ladies at the counter was very respectful and trying to help us all they could. But DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!!! Walk in and I’ve never had a problem.
