I have the pleasure if talking with the owner she explained to me that this was a new business venture for her. That she never did hibachi before and it's harder than she thought but she's giving her all. We spoke about the bad reviews. She said, "she heard what they said and spoke with the staff about portions size and seasons." She didn't add too much seasons because of people health conditions and portions size she just wasn't sure how much to give. But now she's trying something new and hopes it's right.
