Call to place and order, was but on hold. After be6on hold for 20mins, decided to drive there after leave Home Depot in the Falls. Still on hold, get to the restaurant. Waitress ask if I placed an order. I told her no, I'm still on hold from 20 minutes ago. Her only answer was were busy. Looking around the restaurant and seen 5 open booths and all tables opened. She said you'll just have to wait. RUDE!!!!!!!!. THIS PLACE WAS NEVER LIKE THIS BEFORE, SERVICE IS GOING DOWN. I USED TO COME HERE EVERY WEEKEND, BEING I ONLY LIVE AROUND THE CORNER. BUGS IN FOOD. I opened my box and was eating when a bug crawled out from under my food. It got stuck in the cheese on my potatoes and I smashed it. I called julians about it and she told me to bring it back for a replacement. I go and the owner told me I’m lying and the bug came from my house , which I know it didn’t because it was DEEP in my box. This is my go to breakfast spot. Service is second to none. Like, the kind of service where they don't let your coffee mug get empty. Their food is very fresh tasting and not super greasy like some other places around. The servers and the owner, Dan, make an effort to know their customers and provide personalized service always.
