I ordered a crunchwrap supreme no tomato about a week ago on my lunchbreak. When I got it, there was only cheese and Lettuce. No meat, nothing else.
When I called the "manager in training" assured me that he made it himself and that he didn't put tomato on it..... which is can confirm. There was no tomato. But there was also missing all the other ingredients, like the meat....
Anyways I called and the manager in training told me that I'd either need to A- come back to get the right food, or B come back and bring the card for a refund.
Well yesterday I had the displeasure of making the mistake of walking back in and asking for my correct food.
The manager chick very rudely let me know that she don't know what I'm talking about... and that " i don't know who you talked to but it wasn't me" ... i said i know, it was a guy i talked to on the phone... She was basically treating me like a liar like I am trying to scam them for a free crunch wrap. (I spent 16 bucks on food while I was here by the way, just figured I'd ask for my 6 dollar crunch wrap that they messed up last week while I was here)
Maybe you should talk to the manager about being rude to paying customers. If you had not messed up my order, I wouldn't have been in in there asking for a new one, SIMPLE AS THAT. but thanks...
Read moreThe place looks nice, but it’s just dirty and the employees make it ghetto.
So let me start off by telling you this place had trash all over the floor. You can see from the pictures. The staff very unfriendly.
I simply asked for a cup for water and the guy looked at me three times and blatantly ignored me. The lady that looked like she was a manager there saw me, looked at me definitely heard me but just walked the other way. I then turned to the third employee who was working the drive-through while eating a taco and she finally gave me a cup of water.
I’m pretty sure that per OSHA, employees are not allowed to eat on the job and in working area.
As you can see from the picture, I ordered a chili cheese burrito and this thing had virtually nothing in it as you can see from the pictures.
The bottom line here is that employees can destroy a business by just not caring. This seems to be another fine example of “quietly quitting” and doing as little as possible.
If you wanna go to a restaurant that’s gonna make you feel unwanted and regret that you went there in the first place this is the...
Read moreI just left Taco Bell on Romig Road Akron Ohio for the second time in the last 30 minutes. I ordered the Power bowl salad for the first time at the suggestion of a cashier on the window. When I got home the rice was so hard you couldn’t eat it. I called the restaurant to let them know the rice was old. Someone picked up the phone and hung it back up. I went back to the restaurant and knock on the door to talk to the manager but they didn’t let me in because it was after eight. So I got back in the line for the second time this time to talk to the manager. I had tried to Explain to her what was going on with my food and that I had been up here for the second time. She could care less and she was very unprofessional, She show no patience. She replaced my meal and I asked for a free drink because I had been up here twice and my order wasn’t eatable.. She let me know through the window that she would give me this drink because I was a senior not because my food wasn’t right. let me just say this , from looking at her she definitely show signs of aging. I will...
