I am only giving four stars because I don't quite trust them again. The last few times we've been there, the service was great and so was the food. My main concern is that they will go back to hiring the young kids who don't really care or want to work! At present, they have very good ADULT workers taking your order and your money. My only complaint presently, is that the young person who gives you your order, is in such a hurry, for what reason I am truly unaware, that don't check your order or even give you time to ask for condiments, eating utensils or napkins. But, WAIT! Be careful to check out your order! The last couple of times I drove through I didn't receive exactly what I had requested or what was on my receipt. Just be sure to check your order before you leave the window. If the person behind you blows their horn, just smile and wait for the worker to return and get the correct order and supplies you deserve. I have an update... the time I previously previously reviewed this restaurant I only gave them four stars. I'm assuming that someone from the staff or management team actually read the reviews. That means a lot to me. The reason I believe that this happened is because the young girl who didn't have time to worry with me and other customers, as far as I can tell, is no longer there and the few times we have been there since have been happy, helpful and truly concerned about our experience with them. Also, the new, I once again assume, was busy as could be making positive that the tables were clean, the drink machines were working properly and the ice dispenser was full and working. He also greeted everyone and told everyone to let him know if anything was lacking, dirty or needed to be repaired. He was on the top of everything. What a change! WOW! I hope they continue to do what they have done. I WILL be going back to eat there often if this is the new normal for...
Read moreI go to Arby's mon-fri when i pick up my granddaughter from school at 2pm. She's 4 and loves their milk shakes. I buy 2-4 at a time depending on how many of my grands will end up at my house that day. I went Thursday and ordered 2 milkshakes and a med order of fries. Once they gave me my milk shakes, I pulled off and was to far away when I realized I left my fries. Ok, I went today through the drive thru and ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 chicken wraps, I told the young lady about the fries I'd left Thursday. She said, drive around. So I said , I was waiting on a response about the fries (because I needed to know if they were going to replace them or would I have to purchase some more). All of a sudden, this other voice came through the speaker yelling at me saying that she was the manager and that they were going to give them to me, but now I could just pay for the fries(why? Just because I wanted to know)? I told her that I don't care who she is, and I don't have to pay for fries because I don't have to get any. Then she told me that i could leave and she threatened to call the police and I said, call them!. Seriously? How silly was that? When I got to the window, there was a tall gentleman that I thought was the manager, all of the other times I'd been there, and hes a very kind man. He tried to find out what had happened and to try and smooth things over. Then when I asked for a carton for the shakes the girl that took my order said, oh Lord! Now what was the problem with that? There was another gentleman there, he gave me the carton, gave me my food and was nice as he could be. Arby's should know by now to screen their workers because they had another employee, at another Alabama location, that threw hot cooking oil out of the drivethru window into a customer's car. That didn't turn out...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for 6 both beef and cheddars and a medium crinkle fries. I get up to the window and my wife told me to make sure they are crinkle fries and not curly. Sure enough the cashier tries to give me curly. I tell her I ordered crinkle fries and she proceeds to tell me that I did not say that. I told her, yes, I did, I specifically ordered crinkle fries. She tells me again that I did not say that but that she "will pretend I said crinkle" and to pull to the side bc they are cooking and they will bring them out. She did not give me a receipt either for my order. I parked and checked my sandwiches and they only had a very small smear of cheese. So I'm waiting and waiting and waiting for the fries. Almost twenty minutes goes by and I finally get out my car and go inside and when I entered they had loud music and were all playing around and slapping each other on the rear and laughing. I ask about my fries and they say sorry sir, we forgot about you. So, I finally got my fries and asked for some cheese for my sandwiches and they gave me a small cup only enough for one sandwich and I still did not get a receipt for my order. Very...
