I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. I've told all my friends and co-workers about this place as well as given great review. However last night I did any order over Doordash for pick up. I pulled up at 8:51pm. The business closed at 9pm. There were 6 cars in the drive-thru & another in the parking lot. At the time that I arrived the vehicle in the parking lot had a female employee talking with them. I attempted to flag her down to ask about how I should retrieve my order but she glanced my way and walked away into the building. I sat there thinking maybe I should get in the drive thru to pick because the inside was closed. A few minutes later Ms Ma'am exited the building again, sacheted her way around my waiting vehicle again, proceeded to get in her vehicle (2009 chevy impala) to pull up & block the drive thru line. As she exited her vehicle she finally decided to acknowledge me by saying "that car over there is our last one" well at this point it is 8:58pm & I still have a order already in & paid for so as I proceed to advise her of such she cuts me off to say "you just pulled up, you werent out here & we only have enough chicken for these cars here". At this point I am so dismayed by her rudeness I try to reason w/her & disclose I have alreadyo rdered. Well thats when Ms. Ma'am got realy flip mouth trying to challenge me, being really rude & disrespectful. Then I suddenly decided this isnt worth this fight Doordash can give me my money back. I cannot dare tell anyone not to visit this place because what you do with your money is your business however, to the short older lady with; for the lack of better words "meth mouth", that works/manages Kings Wings at night on Sundays ...Karma is real... See the last time I was there one of the young men that is either related to her in some way was making ends meet while his construction job was laid off by help his wife who also works at Kings Wings. After realizing that my significant other owns the same company he has been trying so desperately to get a job with he asked me to put in a good word. Now I do not know this young man from" Adam "but on the reputation of the restaurant I was obliged to consider it. Well now this lady has wrote a check that she nor her family will ever be able to cash. Always be mindful of how you treat people because you never know who you might need to lean on or what blessing you may miss. I have noticed other reviews make note of the night staffing being uncouth & all around horrible so from now on should I choose to patronize this establishment again it will be in the day-time but for now all of my law enforcement co-workers and I will not be breaking our necks to eat at this...

They have affordable pricing, family meals, staff is friendly and cool (especially if you go there a lot they remember you) but they have been serving HALF DONE FRIES all year and i hope they stop it in 2025. You can ask them to make sure your fries are cooked all the way then they will overcook them. Whoever they hired this year to cook fries has to go as they either make them to half done or burned and that’s not right. Imagine only half of your meal being good because they messed up your fries. Also there was a time when you can say “fried hard” for the wings and they will do it but now they will still try to serve it to you regular then you seem problematic when you ask for a remake when it could’ve been avoided. Everything was ready when we got to the place, so we called inside so they could bring the order out to us per instructions from talking on the phone. We called 16 times. Every single time we were either hung up on or someone answered then put the phone down. We went inside to get the order and received the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. The lady at the counter had an attitude from the start of the interaction. After she was insanely rude to us we handed her the card and told her to just complete the transaction so we could leave. She took it but kept mouthing off. We told her we could do without the lip, and at that she literally threw our debit card at us and said to leave.
