KFC — Restaurant in Alabama

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order for a 3 pc combo extra crispy with potato wedges as my side and a chicken little. I drove all the way to the restaurant and when I arrived at the drive through to provide my name for the order the young lady stated they were out of completely out of chicken, out of bread, out of potato wedges and out of crispy chicken for the chicken little. My question is why is this establishment open when you are out of the only thing you sell? Chicken????? This is very inconvenient. Attempted to place an order in the drive thru. Inquired about Original chicken. The girl working the drive thru was very unprofessional and belligerent . She even went as far as to curse at me through the Drive through mic. It appears that this KFC is not well managed. The girls are out of control . This girl should be fired. What type is customer service does this owner allow. What type of standards does he have for his crew? I assume that the bar is really. Low. The food is rated very low. It is over cooked quite often. One of the best cleaner stores, very good service wonderful people working here it is also one of the only stores that still handle the grill chicken one of my favorites I will go by several stores before I go to one who doesn't carry it anyone who has health problems with diabetes heart trouble blood pressure really needs to try the special recipe K C puts on its grilled chicken in my opinion they do not advertise it well enough especially for those who have health conditions thank you KC for providing very good healthy grilled chicken for me.
