I have shopped there for years without any incident but every since they hired the guy with the ponytail it has been horrible. He is rude and thinks he knows everything and always offers himself for hire. I had a contractor with me twice and he has argued with them about their knowledge of what the job entails. The last visit this week he argued with the guy about his measurements very loudly with several customers in the store and the younger guy with special needs had the audacity to show his gun on his side.I had to intervene and tell them that we were paying customers and even the guy that has been there for years was short and offered no assistance. The females have always been friendly and helpful but from this day forward I will shop in Gardendale. There is no way that a paying customer should be treated with disrespect...

Helpful staff at first. Then I needed to help my husband of 30 years adjust his Prostatic which involves taking his pants down and so we went to the single restroom ( that men & women share) to adjust his Prostatic and to use the restroom. It was so filthy that my husband could not sit down until it was cleaned. Only to come out of the restroom to find an employee standing, blocking there staring at us and accuses us of stealing and that they have us on camera. We were willing to let them search us.
