This place has never been rite I stayed across the street and still a resident in the area went there tonight and the light skin lady is still rude and running people off like she did before the new building if your wondering what’s still happening here it is the employees are terrible at night I was making a order young guy was nice she blurted in after I started asking questions rushed me and refused to grill my burrito saying it was only 2 of them and she would have to look at another screen and she don’t have time for all that I mean really it takes 30 seconds to grill a burrito I said fine don’t worry about those 2 still wanted to spend money,I asked her to remove those 2 because she refused to grill them still over talking me and rushing me I also had another burrito that I did not ask to be removed which was a 5 layer get to the window she has removed it also I politely said I didn’t want that one removed I still wanted that one only the ones you refused to grill this lady told me well that’s not my fault it’s not on the ticket I said ok can you add it back rudely she says no and rolled yes you gotta go back around and turned down some money I said don’t worry and I left and now I’m eating a ham sandwich at home this is so sad because you get a new trash can and put the old trash in it what’s your purpose tear it all down and rebuild again and this time...
Read moreI came on my sons birthday because that's what he wanted for his birthday meal. I received less than half of my order, the rest of the order was cold. I had to turn around and drive back to the store wait in line for a second time (2 hours total) for them to ask me for my receipt and the food. I stormed out of my home so fast because I was so furious that all I had was one of the items. I was so kind and polite. Guess what I was met with? Yes you are correct.... RUDE ATTITUDE. I'm scared to even eat the food that was replaced for fear they did something to it. Never ever again. They need to clean house and get new staff....oh and don't let me forget...I managed a very successful taco bell and I know for a fact that shouldn't have gone the way it did and anybody who actually cares about their branch would do something about it.
EDIT Attempted a new try...over a year later after they attempted to make things right..nothings changed. My order was wrong. My food cold and incorrect. Their only saving grace is their manager....she was great. My issues weren't resolved because I live so far away. I'm not turning around to let the rest of the food that was right be gross. Read moreEarlier today, I visited this location and ordered a #9 combo. When I got home and began eating, both the Mexican pizza and cinnamon twists tasted like they were cooked in old grease, completely unappetizing and disappointing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return right away, but when I came back hours later, I expected the issue to be handled professionally.
The lady supervisor was respectful and helpful, and I truly appreciated her attitude. However, the General Manager’s response was unacceptable. He didn’t want to remake my full order at first, despite the fact that I had to use my own time and gas to return. That’s not just poor customer service, it’s a lack of accountability.
To make matters worse, they still left off my cinnamon twists and kept my receipt, which felt like an attempt to prevent me from contacting corporate. This location had finally started improving, but this experience was a major setback. I’ll be taking my business back to the Fultondale location, even though it’s less convenient. At least there, I’m treated with respect.
