worst experience ever. This is a taco bell/kfc we wanted taco bell but that side was closed due to help issues. so we ordered two 12 piece family meals with biscuits, mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese for each with an extra side of mac n cheese, and a coleslaw. what we got was two 8 piece meals with 1 thigh and 7 wings in each. smashed rolls, 1 coleslaw, and 5 mashed potatoes. unfortunately did not notice it until we got home since we went through the drive through. called kfc spoke with the manager and told her what happened and that are whole order was wrong she apologized and said they ran out of most of everything and was very shorthanded. when i asked her if she would fix are meal she said you got chicken you got sides you got your meal. I was shocked at her answer and asked for her the corporate # she said i don't know it and I was being rude and hung up. I got in my car to go back up there to return the food and get my money back but the store was closed due to a holiday. I am sorry they were having a bad day but that is no way to treat any customer. If you are out of product don't fill the orders with what ever you want to put in them. we understand if you run out of products. at least let us know so we can go somewhere else you is willing to give us what we ordered. We went around 6-6:30 pm and lobby was closed and to wait 30-40 mins just for orders to be taken. First they got the drinks wrong and she took them back pored into a larger cup and added ice. They got our order wrong and forgot sauce so we pulled back around. The girl at the window was rude and told it was our fault when I said a 4pc tender and 3pc tender and she rang in two 3pc. All the workers came to the window and started arguing and one of the workers proceeded to come outside and bang on my car window also while my 5 year old is in the back seat. I've been going to this kfc for decades but it seems lately that the place is going in a direction I can't follow. The past few times I've ordered K6 a chicken tender meal with fries, everything has tasted stale. I'm going through non peak hours, so maybe I'm just getting old items. Today I went through drive thru at 3:17pm (7/13) and had a young lady with an attitude throw food at me. Maybe she's having a bad day, but unsure why it's directed at me.

But the worst part? I'm guessing a cleaning product or some chemical contamination with my food gave me awful bathroom issues after eating the food.
