The ONLY reason I'm even giving them 1 star is because it's the only way to leave a review! I've had a bad experience with a rude manager who sounded like she was 10 before but I also work in service so I figured maybe it was just a bad day. Have ordered a few other times and though the food wasnt amazing it was edible. Now today.... ordered 3 pizzas and bread. Food gets here, take it inside... open boxes to find food BURNT... like someone looked at this food and thought "thatll be ok to send" and sent it on out to us... I called up there and was told we couldn't get a credit and he wouldnt make new pizza until he had the other pizza back.... after calling back I guess the guy decided he would go ahead and make new stuff and send it out but he still wants the pizza back... so here we sit with 4 hungry kids eat almost 830 at night still waiting on our pizza and got to deal with attitude like I'm being picky... I dont know what the deal is with this location but their customer service is sub standard to say the VERY least... let's hope the next stuff that comes out is edible... but to say I'm done with this pizza hut is an understatement. Read moreHorrible experience yet again. Called order in and was sent to a call center where we were told delivery would be 30 mins. Ordered cheesless pizza like we always do and plain breadsticks. After an hour of waiting drove to location to ask about our order since we couldn't get thru to the store. Once again call center took our call. Got to store and was informed our order was already dispatched and couldn't give me a clue as to when. Waited in parking lot for awhile and watched a couple delivery drivers come and go so went ahead and went home. Another 45 mins past and finally got our delivery. It was a delivery driver I watched leave the store. Food was ice cold, wings were not hot. Pizza was wrong and breadstick was incorrect. Only reason we ordered was Marcos told us they had a 2 hour wait. This store needs to fix their issues as this isn't the first time and have lost our business.
Don't use a call center as this leaves consumers in the dark. If you are slammed stop accepting delivery and only do carryout. Consumer interaction is poor, no apology, no let me call and see where driver is, (wait the pizza was still...
Read moreI ordered 3 large pizzas and the website said pick up would be ready about 25 minutes later. I call on my way there to set the order up for the contactless curb pick up. They ask me what car I drive, etc. I show up and park right in front of the door to the establishment. I call, then am placed on hold immediately for 5 minutes. Finally, someone picks up and I let them know that I am there for my order and I’m right out front. I was told someone would be right out. After sitting there for another 45 minutes, I finally decide to call back and am placed on hold. Again. Someone picks up and I remind them that I have been sitting for 45 minutes on someone to bring my pizzas out. Mind you I had my 2 year old asleep in the vehicle with me. They apologize and then another 5 minutes goes by. My pizza was finally brought out and the girl apologized. No one offered to make the mistake right or anything. This is not how a business should operate....
