Waffle House — Restaurant in Alabama

I spend a lot of money at the waffle house that I frequent on a daily basis, decided to stop at this Waffle house. Because it was closer to my home. Food was okay. Staff was not friendly at all, except the one lady. That looks like she may be Hawaiian or puerto rican. She was awesome, but she was not our waitress. There's a little Caucasian girl, young She was the reason that I stopped going to this Waffle house. Her attitude is just horrible. She does not pay attention or be attentive to her customers. And I feel that if you are a Brown person, you really get bad service from het, I asked for a glass of ice water sucking on my straw, drinking my water looked down and there was something dark I could see a shadow in an ice cube. It was a fly called the manager, black man He said, oh, it's a dead fly pointed at my plate, and said, this is what you had to eat i I I'll pay for it and didn't say. I'm sorry I did not apply. Apologize, not one time and walked away.I understand that that could be a busy place.There was only one person two people in there.When we arrived, customer service has fallen off at these places.People don't care.They don't take pride in their jobs.I'm myself is in customer service and there is no way on this earth that I would treat people.The way you get treated at this waffle house. Never again will I eat here and will inform my family...

Has anyone else been served with garnishment papers? They are saying I owe them over 3,000 dollars. For not turning in tips. So they are going to garnish my check where I work now.. when I got hired and many times throughout my employment there, the unit manager told us, click 0 at the end of the night. They automatically take it out of your check . So that's what we did, all of us as far as I know. But now I get papers ,I haven't worked there since may, for 1, also, the paperwork has a march 2022 date on it. Where has it been all this time? That was 6 months ago. We were suppose to make the same as MW 7.50 according to our leader. This includes waitresses $2.50 hr plus our tips. Between both, it's suppose to average minimum wage. If it doesn't, we would have to fill out a form every night for a week to get our pay for the day we didn't make mw and that's only if it was below average that week. Also, there were times my check wasn't right, missing a days pay. Instead of writing me a check right then I would have to wait until my next check before I saw that money. Complete chaos and nonsense. And I don't see how I owe over 3,000 when I did everything I was suppose to do. Where's my money for pretty much the whole winter I didn't average 7.50 hr a night? Tried to call in a to-go order. Got a voice mail message saying "This location isn't taking to-go orders--visit the location in person." Go to the location. The frazzled waitress tells us that they DO take call-in orders, but they were just so busy they couldn't answer the phone. I made a passing remark that the voice mail should say that. The waitress defensively said "Well, we DO take them, but we just went through a really big rush and couldn't answer the phone!" Yes, I understood ... While waiting for the food, one waitress dreaded that it "is gonna be a looooooong night". The cook barked at the other waitress for talking too fast. That waitress, literally, slowly screamed the order back to him after that remark.
