Subway — Restaurant in Alabama

I encountered the worst service ever tonight at this Subway! I arrived around 8:30pm. Keep in mind they close at 9:30pm. So, I was welcomed by someone who has red hair. I believe her name was Danielle, with a firm and rush tone. So, as I started to order, she rudely told me to "hold on". So..I felt offended because of the way she was coming off to me.Then she asked " what kind of bread?" which was also questioned in a rude manner. So, I told her what type of bread I wanted then she asked again "what kind of bread?". I then stared at her because I didn't understand why she was coming off so rudely to me, considering the fact that I had literally just walked in. So I guess her co-worker CJ assumed that I didn't hear what she said and he said "She said what kind of bread" and I told him that I knew what she said, I just didn't respond because of how rude she was being. He laughed after I said that she was being rude, so I don't know if he picked up what she was doing or not but I feel as if that could've been handled in a more polite manner. Also, I am a teen in high school and I know how people are with younger peers who aren't accompanied...

I ordered 2EA sandwiches. The #5 caprico ham&mozzarella, and #10 turkey&bacon. I picked the ordered up and went home only to find out the sandwich #5 had no MOZZARELLA on it. I call the store and told the girl on the phone what happened and SHE TOLD ME she didn't make the sandwich. I told her I don't care who made it and she hung up on me. I tried calling back but no answer. So I take all the food back to the store. And the girl that answered the phone came to the counter and proceeded to pickup the mozzarella cheese to put on the sandwich and LIED AGAIN about not answering the phone. I started cursing and told her to give me my money back. She threatened to call the police. I told her to call them. She told me to come back tomorrow, I told her to call thee manager. Manager shows up getting loud with telling me I was rude and she wasn't even there. TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH RUDE AND LYING...

I made am online order at 7:40 and I walked into the store at 8 o'clock and the guy told me it will take a minute since he hasn't even started it yet. He also had his friends just hanging out there, taking whatever they please and reaching over the counter and taking cookies. His buddy was behind the counter making sandwiches, no uniform or anything AND he coughed into his hand and went right back to making someones sub. A woman came in after me (at 8:16) and tried to make an order and he told her that since it was 8:30 he couldn't make the sandwich. He started turning customers away at 8:20 saying they were closed.
