11/15/2014 service was at 2:22PM. I am very displeased with the service we just had at Burger King. Apparently the staff working are having a VERY bad day and don't have a problem taking it out on their costumer's. First we pulled up to place our order at the drive threw and ordered the Original chicken sandwich meal large immediately after she gave us our total. When we told her we were not done placing the order she then yelled at us "Pull up to the window"... We figured then that the rest of the time spent there wasn't going to be pleasant and debated on if we should go across the street to Lenny's instead but we just wanted to get our food and go home. After waiting on the two people infront of us we got to the window and she told us our total again and we told her that we hadn't finished placing the order and that we also wanted to get a large ultimate bacon cheese burger meal without onion (My fiance is allergic to them) she then barked our new total out to us and I handed my fiance my card shaking my head in disbelief that she would treat someone she doesn't even know or has done anything to her that way. Once our food was done she shoved our food at my fiance and he asked her for a couple thing's of zesty sauce because I like dipping my fries in it and think it's great on the chicken sandwich. She then growled gave him one and slammed her window shut before we could ask for another one. I would have paid if they had a cost. As we were leaving I opened the bag and the cup's were upside down in the bag and split all over in it.... I then opened my chicken sandwich and it was correct but my fiance's burger was wrong. Glad he didn't take a bite or else we would be at the hospital right now from his throat swelling up due to the onion's on it that he asked not to be on it. We wound up switching our meal's because I didn't want to deal with the staff again or be at risk of having my food vandalized. We won't be coming back. The staff need's to be more civilized and professional. If they were just nice today I would return again and work with the rest of the problems. Read more5 vehicles told to pull forward from drive up window lane almost 10 minutes later watched employee hand our order to another vehicle and go back inside and bring us one small bag. Employee was not asking people what their order was just handed over bags, cashier at drive up did not give any customers a receipt so while my family waited I went inside to cancel order and asked for refund was told our order would be remade. No thank you we are leaving and again asked for refund again was told our order was being remade. What makes you think we want to wait another 10 minutes or trust you handling our food now? I counted 4 people in kitchen area, 2 behind counter and 1 on drive up so under staffing didn't appear to be an issue. I demanded refund the third time i was told my order was being remade. I was angry and demanded my money returned, employee walked away came back and said refund was returned to my card. The card was still in my hand I was not given and type of a credit slip the order ticket was on our food order which was given to a lone driver who left immediately. The "new" remodeled restaurant has NO staging wait area for vehicles and you want to direct traffic to park in exit lane, sounds like an accident waiting to happen. Additionally, it was difficult to even see the menu as the TVs were broken, further adding to the inconvenience.
But here comes the surprising twist – the food. Despite my initial reluctance and the lackluster service, the culinary offerings here were genuinely impressive. The menu featured a range of dishes, and the flavors were exceptional. It's safe to say that the food was the highlight of the visit.
