This restaurant is probably the most poorly managed Wendy's we've ever visited. I tried placing my order but the cashier had better interests in flirting with a man who had placed a order earlier, so I waited, and waited, until finally she pointed at another employee and said, "she'll take your order." So i did just that...I gave my order to the other employee and then she set the cups on the counter and walked off to talk to someone else, leaving me wondering what to do, so I pulled my OWN receipt from the register and went and sat down. Now for the most part, I'm patient, but we waited over 20 minutes for our food, which is totally ridiculous, and in a to-go sack after plainly answering her that our order was dine-in, only to have to shoo flies away from our table while we ate and listen to the two cashiers yelling across the lobby talking like there was no one in the building. After eating our food from a bag at a dirty table, I went to wash my hands in the restroom only to find that every paper towel dispenser was empty. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone with standards and find this restaurant experience as an embarrassment to the Wendy's corporation. I wouldn't even rate this restaurant one star but that's the...
Read moreI pass this restaurant two to three times a week and have eaten here before. When I went in I was the only one in the order line and waited a good ten minutes to be waited on.I ordered and stood back to wait, while waiting the workers got into an argument with a customer with a call in order. Customer wasn’t satisfied his order wasn’t ready since he called it in.They all got in a shouting match and cussing this customer and pointing fingers at each other. This went on for a good fifteen minutes as I stood by.They called the manager and when she arrived they had already left, this manager looked like no manager. She looked as if she had just got out of bed, had a pair of shorts that left nothing to the imagination, a Pink Floyd t shirt and nothing else . After a round of vulgar language from her I finally got my order after several people BEHIND me got served, thirty minutes I waited. Hit my order and left. I got back on the road and tried to eat my sandwich ,spicey chicken, and it was so tough I couldn’t eat it. I threw it out next stop. Needless to say I won’t...
Read moreI like Wendy’s hamburgers and I love their fries; they have just the right amount of crispiness. We were on a trip today and stoped by this Wendy’s for lunch. I made a mistake and decided to try something new. I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club combo. As usual, the fries were great, but the sandwich was something else again. It consisted of a very thin slice of chicken, battered and fried on a hamburger bun. (The slice was so thin that they could probably gotten four or five of those thin slices out of one chicken breast.). It was over cooked. On top with a slice of chicken was 3 half slices of bacon topped with a leaf of lettuce. There was no ranch dressing as I expected; in fact, there was no dressing at all. This made for a very dry and not very tasty sandwich that I had to wash down with a Diet Coke. To insult to injury I paid $11.38 for the combo and I could have gotten a nice hamburger combo for about a dollar less. No I don’t know whether this sandwich would be as bad at other Wendy’s, but I darn sure wouldn’t recommend that other...
