So I placed my order online and it said there would be an hour wait before I could pick it up. No problem it's Saturday night and most places are busy. So I wait my hour and go to the restaurant and I did curbside so I check in and wait, and wait, and after 20 minutes I go inside to see if something has happened to my order where I'm told it's almost ready just waiting on the potatoes. Cool they are busy. So I wait, and wait, and wait some more. 30 minutes later I'm fed up and say something to them. They tell me just a few more minutes. So I wait. Finally I ask for a refund and I'll just go somewhere else. The manager tells me she will give me the refund later that is not her fault she has to many orders to make, but if I'll wait just another minute my order will be ready. So 1 hour and 57 minutes after I placed my order almost an hour after I got there I leave with my food. Get home the orders messed up and the food is not right. So I write an email to the company. Get a reply talk with whoever and they offer me 10 bucks off my next 4 visits. Now why should I have to come back 4 more times to get the value of what I already paid for? Oh that refund I was supposed to get, NEVER HAPPENED. Bad food and worse customer service at this location. (Update) So for my 45 dollar order which is just a single family meal for 4 ,they refunded me 32.70. This location is run by clowns. I recommend...

While I have always had great experience here in the past, my experience tonight has put me over the edge. I placed an order thru the Tazikis app for delivery. I was notified the order was accepted and Door Dash would be delivering my food. Over an hour later I am contacted by doordash saying they were waiting on my food. 15 mins later, I receive a notification via text and from the doordasher saying Tazikis canceled my order bc of the time it was taking to complete. Multiple calls were placed to Tazikis, after being put on hold and hung up on more than once, it was finally explained to me that doordash had canceled the delivery and it was my responsibility to contact someone else to deliver my food or I could pick it up. Again, this order was placed thru the Tazikis app, not doordash. As a paying customer to Tazikis it should be their responsibility to arrange another delivery, not mine, as they contract doordash, not me. I was told a refund was all they could offer if I didn't want to drive to pick up my food. After accepting a full refund (which I have yet to be notified has been done) then asking for a corporate number, Kaitlin flippantly stated "not our fault", spit out a number and slammed the phone down. Tazikis, if you can't hold the companies you contract accountable for deliveries, I suggest no longer offer delivery. It is NOT up the paying customers to...

Service was great here initially, pre-COVID; however, the last 2 times I have done curbside pickup have been disappointing. The first time, I showed up on time, checked in that I was there, and no one came out. After waiting about 10 minutes and seeing other people come, receive their food, and leave, I asked an employee about the status of my order. Turned out they lost it, so I waited an additional 10 minutes for them to get it ready, for a total of 20 minutes for a "curbside order." On top of that, I got home and my grilled beef sandwich was smothered in taziki sauce, which isn't even supposed to be on the sandwich.

Tonight, again we placed a curbside pickup order. I showed up on time, and checked in via the email that was sent. I waited 10 minutes and no one came out, so I reopened the email and checked in again. At the 15 minute mark I decided to go inside and ask about it. The girl working told me "sometimes the app doesn't work" even though I had tried two different times. Our food had been sitting on the counter the whole time I had been there, so it wasn't exactly warm by the time I got it home. At least my sandwich didn't have taziki sauce on it.

Service is hit or miss. Curbside service isn't truly curbside and your call-in/online order may not be ready on time, or even remotely close...

Taziki’s Mediterranean Café Review Taziki’s is a refreshing break from the usual fast-casual spots, offering flavorful Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a healthy twist. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and family-friendly, making it perfect for a quick lunch or a casual dinner. The chicken kabobs are consistently juicy and well-seasoned, and the Greek salad with their signature dressing is always fresh and crisp. One of the standout dishes is the Taziki’s Signature Pasta — light, creamy, and full of flavor. Their homemade hummus and pimento cheese are also great options to start with. Service is typically fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes and quality of ingredients. I also appreciate that they offer gluten-free and vegetarian options, which makes it easier to eat clean. Overall, Taziki’s delivers on taste, health, and hospitality — highly recommended for anyone craving Mediterranean comfort food with a modern touch.

Taziki’s Mediterranean Café Review. Taziki's offers a refreshing take on Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The menu features a variety of dishes, including delicious gyros, hearty salads, and flavorful dips like tzatziki and hummus. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick meal or a relaxed gathering. Service is always prompt and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. Whether you're a fan of Mediterranean food or trying it for the first time, Taziki’s is worth a visit for its vibrant flavors and inviting ambiance. A special thanks to my server today, at the Alabaster, AL restaurant, who kindly provided me with coupons when bringing my dessert to go. I give it 5 stars for both meals and service!

Clearly written on this receipt is what I ordered and what should’ve been packed. They didn’t give me the drinks I ordered. when I did pick up I realized that 2 was added, not just the 1 I had ordered. I had to go in and ask them to remove it because I only ordered the drink for the convenience of me not making the drink myself and being able to save time by drive by pick up. Get home, what do you know, no whipped feta. Received hummus instead- Which is so beyond frustrating when your order isn’t correct twice. So triple check your orders guys - seems they don’t care much about their customers. I literally eat taziki’s once a week on 280, alabaster… step up your game.
