Just went through the drive-thru with my family ready to place an order. My reason for giving a bad review is due to the lack of professionalism, ability to communicate and provide customer service.
The first item I ordered was 10 traditional wings, terriyaki. Following the wings would have been a grilled chicken caesar salad and a 4 piece chicken tender plate. The problem started with my order being bounced back and fourth from one employee headset to another. The second issue I had was how quickly they were trying to move me along, and not in a good way.
After every item I ordered, sometimes before finishing what I was ordering, the headset would turn on and all I would hear is, "what else?". Even after I asked them to hold on for a second, they continued asking questions, "boneless or traditional?". For Chicken tenders? After I completed the order another voice comes on and and starts repeating the order. The only thing I understood was, " so you ordered a...?". To which I replied, I didn't understand a word you just said, I'm going somewhere else.
So why take the time to leave this review? THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE OR IN THE DRIVE THRU. So you have to wonder, what was the hurry? You can't substitute proving anything less than exceptional customer service for speed. Good rule of thumb to know is that every customer is just as important as your first customer. That goes a long way. Guess where I won't be going at 7pm on a Saturday? Zaxbys on 119 Alabaster. Chances are, I probably won't go there again. Too many fast food places to choose from in the area to just settle for this kind of service.
I do hope everyone else has a better experience than we had tonight. This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience at this location. Luckily, there is the Helena location same distance from my house. It's NOT the food or the "chain" itself. It's...
Read moreI ordered the chicken finger plate. Which consists of chicken fingers, coleslaw, fries, and a piece of toasted bread. I recieved no coleslaw and the bread looked like it was taken out of the pack and put in the box. The fries are an absolutely horrible, soggy, unseasoned excuse for a fry. Terrible.. They seemed to substitute more fries for the coleslaw which is the thing i look foward to the most in the chicken finger plate. Definitely not the fries! The chicken was awful. It was a stringy, chewy mess. Terrible.. All in all this was a horrible decision for dinner. Needless to say i absolultely will not return to the alabaster zaxbys. I will drive out of the way and go to calera zaxbys. Thats if i ever want it again. The little message hung on the drive thru speaker is just an excuse for their incompetence. No wonder people give yall a hard time! Its because yall are a sorry excuse for a zaxbys!!...
Read moreI asked for 10 wings, I was told by Raquel that they did not have a order of 10 wings clearly it’s on the menu that they have a 10 wing portion. Once I showed the cashier she told me that they did have it on the menu if I paid separate for the sides which wasn’t a problem. What got me was Raquel (probably spelled her name wrong) still had an attitude I was pulled to the holding area after they gave me my fries and my order was wrong awful! After I complained the young teen she brought me some fresh fries and apologized i I feel that it was a cop out personally. They knew j would argue with a kid. So 30 minutes after my entire ordeal began I departed Zaxbys parking lot. Which is ridiculous considering it’s fast food (yeah right). Horrible service!!! Spend your money...
