The staff was very nice, however, my wife & stopped here on our way home from Destin & planned to go inside to place our order but once we got there thelearned the dinning area was not open. I totally understand it being closed, but I didn't like the fact that they had multiple signs up stating the dinning area was in fact open until 7PM (we stopped in at about 3ish) but both doors were locked. The two employees that were working at the time saw us at the door, watched me try to open the door (several different times) & not once did either of them bothered to even acknowledge us. Clearly I knew they had the dinning area closed but I didn't understand why they had signs on each door, the windows & a big sign posted outside as you enter the drive thru informing you that the dining are was open but drive thru was open as well. Again, I understand being closed, but I think it's rude that neither employee made eye contact with us, made no hand motions stating they weren't open or even apologize when I pulled up to the drive thru window. Read moreI was going to go inside, order my coffee and use the restroom. All the other Starbucks I’ve been in still have restrooms open. This one did not. That was the first disappointment. I was not greeted warmly. In fact I was not greeted at all. I definitely got the vibe that they couldn’t believe I had walked in. After I ordered my no foam latte, I waited and waited and waited. I counted 6 cars that went through the drive through before I finally got my latte. It had tons of foam (even though I ordered no foam and it was printed on the side of the cup)and was definitely not full, even with the foam. I didn’t bother to ask for more because I could already tell I was not wanted in the store. One day we will all talk about “The Age of COVID” and all the negative impact it’s had on our daily lives. Read moreI ordered on the app at 8:00am. The app said it would be ready at 8:12am. I showed up at 8:15am expecting my drink to be on the counter. It was not. After about 15 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer it would take on my drink. The guy working there looked at his watch and said probably about 20 more minutes. I asked simply to cancel my order and was told someone would meet me at the register to cancel it. I stood there for about 10 more minutes and then hear my name called out. At this point I did not even want the coffee anymore. When I went to get the coffee, the worker said there you go in an extremely rude and unprofessional way.
