Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Alafaya

Chick-fil-a is great. However, of all the CFA out there, this one is the worst. The prices are slightly marked up compared to other stores, probably because they are on campus. Speaking of which, they do not work with the app, meaning we cannot place orders through it, subsequently not allowing us to earn points for the rewards program nor can we cash in on the freebies earned in the app. I just stopped going to this one altogether. It really is meant for students who live on campus and dont have a car to go off to a CFA location outside the school. Been going here for 3 years at my time at UCF and it has steadily declined in service. The latest account being after I ordered a milkshake and nothing else I was told to stand off to the side. After 10 minutes of people and the whole line that ordered after me got their order finally someone came up to me and asked what I got and who I ordered with. After I pointed the girl I ordered with out she confronted her and said "did you forget his shake"? to which the girl (Heather I believe) "nope he didnt order with me" to which I said "pretty sure I did" and she said no again. After she was ordered to get me my shake FINALLY she handed it to me with out a peep. Not a sorry for the wait, or have a nice day....

I wasn’t greeted nicely, and the workers looked annoyed and were quite rude. They asked for my name and I guess got it wrong because when my order was ready they were calling a different name and so I didn’t grab it right away. Once no one grabbed it she said 8 count meal and then I went up to grab it with a smile and she looked at me in a very rude way like I was stupid. You guys are chick fil a. Treat customers better. Also got 7 nuggets instead of 8. Not a big deal to me but...
