Since my Freshman year, I had loved going to this place to eat as it offered variety of freshly cooked food. However, this year they have been constantly getting bad in terms of the menu, quality/quantity of food, and customer service while keeping the same high prices. I think it is due to Aramark taking over and who ever the new management of Qdoba is here at UCF. I regret going there as I feel they are ripping off students with such a horrible food service and high prices. Today I ordered a bowl and they served me in way smaller bowl than the actual Qdoba bowl. When I asked if they changed their bowls, the old lady said they were "borrowing bowls" because they ran out. I noticed the bowl was from Pollo Tropical and asked to confirm and she rudely replied saying that yes they were "borrowing." It was the small bowl from Pollo Tropical which is not quantitatively equal to the serving size of regular Qdoba bowl. On top of that, they didn't have the rice as they were still cooking and once it was finally "ready", it was still uncooked, and ran out of veggies, and chicken. Like how in the world can you be so bad in management that you have to go to your competitor to "borrow" serving ware and still serve such a bad quality food while showing a rude face. I am disgusted by the whole service. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there until they change their management and...

I kindly ASKED the SUPERVISOR if she could do anything about the chicken getting burnt and she said there’s nothing she can do.. “that’s just the way it’s made on the grill”.
No wonder America has so much cancer, sad to see a campus not worry about their students’ health.
Also, I have a meal plan so basically my food has already been paid for. I don’t eat red meat so chicken is my option THAT I DON’T HAVE ANYMORE.
Found plastic in my food too!! This is terrible.. can we be more...

Also there are no covers for the food, meaning the food is often contaminated from other foods you did not request. One of my friends experience an allergy reaction and had to go to the clinic on campus immediately to receive aid as they believe there was likely a drip from a sauce that landed on food they were served when they did not order the sauce. Also the meat is consistently overcooked and often is burned, which ruins the overall flavor as all I can taste is...
