Made an appointment for a pedicure (Amy) & Gel-X full set (Ken). When I got there I was notified that Amy left the salon to go pick up her kids from school and was no longer available for my appointment. Not a super huge deal since the salon was empty, however that's not a great first impression on new clients that the appointment was confirmed, just to get there and the tech not be available. Luckily another gentleman was available to do my pedicure, so it worked out after driving 30 mins to this side of town. My nails turned out nice, however they were not the Gel-X extensions I booked for. I expressed I wanted a classic manicure beforehand for my cuticles & he just filed them off to proceed with my nails. When he pulled out regular tips, I stated I booked for gel extensions & after attempting to clarify multiple times, he tech still used acrylic. Maybe it was a language barrier so he didn’t understand when I kept saying gel, but after 10 mins of back & forth while getting my pedicure, I just gave up. He told me he understood, however there is no such thing as powdered gel. It was simply acrylic with gel polish on top. Aside from the flooded cuticles (a bit more filing would've corrected that) & shaping (asked for coffin/ballerina & got square), the nail design came out nice, it just wasn’t the medium I wanted (acrylic vs hard gel). I've included a pic of what I asked for in comparison to what I got. Overall, it's not enough to say I won't return... I'll give it one more shot to see if they actually service GEL-X extensions as indicated.

TL;DR: $68 for full set acrylics, no wait time despite not having an appointment, 51 mins for a simple design, great professionalism and clean place. SORA did an amazing job! Had some time to spare and walked in to check their prices. $68 for a full set of acrylics. I had to go to work in about 2 hours so I asked how long it would take; they said roughly an hour and that I could get started right away. The design I wanted wasn’t too complicated so it got finished in 51 minutes. It was a design from a picture and it was replicated almost exactly like the original. SORA was the one doing my nails and she was very nice. We didn’t talk much, but she answered every question I had really well, and her professionalism shined through with making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The place is overall very clean and accessible and they seem to have lots of professionals ready for when clients come in. Will definitely come again and ask for SORA so I can touch up on what I got today.

The first time I came here I was waiting for half an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The girl doing my nails was doing my nails and another client’s nails at the same time. Unprofessional. The nails were nice but the service wasn’t. A month later I get a 10% off coupon if I came back, I decided to give them another chance. This time was worst than the last. Once again waited half and hour to be seen despite making an appointment. I asked for white gel nails and half the nails came out either missing polish or streaky. I paid and then the girl, stall #10, complained about the tip amount in Spanish to another employee. I speak Spanish. Super rude. A tip at all is a blessing after the nails I received. Safe to say, I wouldn’t recommend this salon and wouldn’t go back even for a 50% discount.

Went to get CBD pedicure and for $70 was expecting the best pedicure of my life. I was quickly disappointed shortly after sitting down. It seemed as though the older gentlemen I was assigned was doing his very first pedicure service. It took 3 people to fill up the tub...empty the tub and then fill it back up again. Ok little hiccup for whatever reason. Took my polish off and then getting to the clip/file nails down. That part was ok but nails not even and different shapes. Time to do cuticles next and this was probably the worst part. He was using the metal instrument and was not getting it at all he was going over my cuticle and onto my skin for every single toe and it was not a pleasant feeling at all. It hurt and my cuticles at the top were not even touched- just the sides a little bit. The feet scrubbing was not hard enough to get anything off- my feet at the end looked no different than they came in on my calluses on big toe. There was no strength it was like he was scared to rub too hard. The scrub massage was the only good thing, he did an awesome job massaging my shin and feet with his hands but it only lasted 2 min. Then hot stone time and my favorite part, well by the time they reached my skin they were cold. Almost too hot for him to pick up and use when hot. That was a let down. The painting was not the best. They only look good from far away. Up close there was paint all on my cuticle which was never touched and it was just messy. The top coat was not fully put on the entire nail so it looks unfinished. I am thankful this was a gift from someone else because if I was paying $70 and this was my experience I would have asked for a redo by someone who has done over 500 pedicures and not someone who seemed to be doing this for the very first time. I wouldn’t recommend- if I did it would be to request the latinas because the other people I went with had a good experience with them. Overpriced in my opinion for not much else you would get...

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!! I do not recommend this nail salon AT ALL!! I have given this nail salon TOO many chances to redeem themselves. Last time I walked in I didn't have an appointment.... waited 30min-1hr to get taken... THIS TIME I made an appointment!!! I told them I had an appointment and 2 girls had walked in after me with an appointment scheduled 15min after mine. They got taken before me. I was finally taken after making a comment, and was sat down in the pedicure chair for another 30min waited for my pedicure to begin. Meanwhile, the appointment booked after me was being helped. Asides from this, the gentleman took AN HOUR to do a REGULAR pedicure!!! Next, I sat down for my manicure. Which took an additional 10 minutes to get the process started. Finally, when my nails were finished he said it was a total of $40, meanwhile there was nail Polish left on my skin, and on there website it stated a regular manicure and pedicure was $35!! He claimed it was $40, because I got a "design"... I never knew glitter Polish was a design, and he failed to inform me before he put glitter on my nails. I told him I was paying no more than $20, because I had to cancel an eyebrow threading appointment that I had made, which was for 2 hours after my manicure and pedicure that I was not going to make it to. He could not lower the price for inconveniencing me, and my other appointment and for painting on my skin. I had asked to speak to the owner and he claimed he was the owner. It's funny because the owner told me she was the owner with her husband a few visits prior. She then sided with her employee and told me he was the owner and she was not. I will NEVER BE returning. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. 2 and a half hours for a manicure and pedicure is ridiculous, and the type of service was NOT...
