Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Florida

I literally just had the worst experience at the store. I waited there for like an hour and my whole Where was incorrect, I am so upset. I feel like it was racism because I was spoken to very harshly and I was given a lot of attitude by the staff in the back. However, Helen, the person who took my order was very nice. Today is August 26 and I was started waiting in the line at 9:53 AM and I did not leave the store until 10:48 AM. Everything in my order was wrong and they had to keep re-asking me what I wanted, and somebody in the back had an attitude with me and asked me what am I still waiting for although clearly I’m standing in the line waiting for my food with everybody else. Everybody who came before me and after me got their things and left and I was the only one sitting there waiting. It’s obvious that they closed out my order because I had to re-tell them what I wanted in my sandwich. Was starving before class, so I'd figure I pop in real quick. The plus side, the coffee is good although they ran out of one of the flavors, and the food came quick. The downside was that I had about 1.5 pieces worth of crumbled bacon, on my BEC sandwich. I didnt bother in getting it corrected because I had class in 15 minutes. As expensive as you are, you need to make sure you give acceptable portions to people. Most of the dining places at UCF have an issue with this, which is why I just about stopped eating on campus period. Just don't go here, there's no redeeming qualities. Worst coffee on campus by far. Food takes upwards of 15 minutes to get for a simple order even if it isn't that busy, if it is busy be ready to wait for 15+ more minutes in line. Orders seem to be filled at random as when I went people who ordered 5 minutes after me got their order first, and when you do finally get your order be prepared for everything in it to be room temperature.
