Don’t ever come to this place every time I come here, three times a week. It only gets worse and worse. This is gonna be the last time I’m coming to this place. The person at the drive-through handed me the drink. It was not fully closed the drink spilled all over my car inside, outside my car, on my pants, expensive wallet was wet, which I’m not going to name , my radio speaker was wet, air vent by the door was wet, side pocket of my door was wet and had drink in it. General manager, Oscar stated he can only offered me napkins and accused me of how I spoke to the employees. No shit! Who wouldn’t be upset!?!?!! Even make me more upset so I gave him the wet napkins, I used to wipe down my car and here h was accused me of littering . So I left and decided to call back to address how he could have handled the situation better. Oscar happened to be the GM and said he will no longer assist, talk or do anything further. Then he hung up on me. Wow! What a great general manager, Oscar.! Again, what was I expecting it’s just a fast food restaurant ! If you have a cup full of drink spilled on and in your car , all over your car and a general manager says I can only offer you napkins. What an insult!!!! Mind you I recorded the video after I wiped most of the drink.
Wow no costumer service what so ever.!! Still can’t get over it. Sorry Culver’s. You lost another costumer who goes there 3-4 times a week!
No wonder restaurants get sued for spilled drinks. My MB is SOAKED even in between where window slides down inside the door. These people don’t care.
It’s crazy but now I noticed there’s a lot of one star reviews. Now I know because I have experienced it.
June 7 2025. 2 months passed with damaged window buttons- no one reached back after contacting corporate. Like I said what can we really expect for a....
Read moreMy first time trying Culver's a few weeks ago. My family members in other states has raved about this restaurant. Well now I must agree, the food was deserving of all the rave and more. Although a bit more expensive than I'd like, I'd return due to the good "fast food" quality and taste. The fish, fries and cheese bite thingys were hot and delicious. Now let me get to the shake concoction. I asked the young lady, I think Nilah or Niyah was her name for a recommendation. She recommended the flavor of the day which was something with cheesecake. I'm glad I did because it was the most delectable custard concoction I've had. Not only was she friendly, but everyone behind the counter were and provided customer service with smiles. As I waited for my food, there was an issue with a customer's extremely long wait in the drive-thru, like 25 min long I overheard. However it was handled professionally. I'll be returning to orlando in two weeks and this Culver's will indeed be my first night dinner stop. I'm looking forward to the cheese curds, custard and trying the infamous...
Read moreWe were traveling from Miami to Orlando for hours, and we're getting near to our destination. While driving in Colonial Drive, we passed by one of the Culver's locations, and since we were super hungry and thirsty, decided to stop, sit down and order some food. This location's cleanliness was pristine. My sister went into the women's bathroom and noted that they even had towelettes! Ordering is super simple, and the servers are incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. We ordered a "butterburger" with mushroom and Swiss combo which is one of their specialties, some onion rings and a chocolate "concrete" with cherries and and peaches add ons. My sister ordered a small butterburger with cheese, fries and a drink. The meat in the burgers was "smashed" which made them ever so delicious. The fries and onion rings crunchy and freshly fried. But the chocolate concrete was amazing! They also sell ice cream by the pint. We loved Culverts (there's none in...
