When I walked in the restaurant it was dead empty (0-employees, 0-customers), hummm😞. Right before approaching the counter, I was light-weight greeted by a young lady who was in the middle of something far more important than helping me (a customer). Her what appeared to be personal cellphone was held against her ear as she attempt to take my order. After I gave her my order, she then asked for me to hold on a minute while she continued the now confirmed personal phone call😦. I stood there in front of her at the counter as she attempted to pay a personal bill of some sort by phone and when it was unsuccessful she had the nerves to request for a manager or supervisor come to the phone😬. I assume she was then placed on hold, because she was now ready to take my order from the top. OK finally $29 and some change order was in. 10 minutes or less was how long she told me it would take to be ready. And in about 10 minutes, it was ready to go. As I grabbed my bag and turned to leave the young lady apologized and said, "I really needed to handle that"👀. I turned and exited the restaurant. Got home with the food😝 and it was horrible; disgusting; bbq chicken😝 was not completely cooked you could still see the red blood😝 in it when pulled apart, Katsu chicken😝 was hard as hell and dry, the steam broccoli😝 that I paid $3.00 extra😕😔 for was bland and tasted old or something. I purchased 3 of the smallest plates I have ever gotten at a Hawaiian Barbecue. They looked like they could have been for a kids meal, so disappointing! And it gets even worst than the bad customer service, horrible food.. My 5 y/o daughter had to use the restroom😕. Now this was the straw that broke the camel's back! The restroom (located in this Ohana RESTAURANT) smelt like a Porto potty and was just ass filthy, if not worse . Do the employees not know what to do during down time. CLEAN UP THE RESTAURANT INSTEAD OF PAYING PERSONAL BILLS ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!! Bottom line, I was utterly disgusted and totally turned off. I will not ever patronize this location again. And if review readers decide to go ahead and give them business, I really hope that my review will have made them get their sh!+ together before your visit. Thank you Google for giving us a place to review and hopefully stopping someone else from wasting their hard earned cash on dumps like this one- OHANA HAWAIIAN BBQ...

The buy 1 get 1 offer is nasty the pot stickers are frozen then microwave since they're not all the same sizes. If the quantity says 9 pieces you'll receive a total of 9 pieces from the regular shapes or 1 cut in half turned into two pieces. If you ever bought chicken nuggets from Costco and noticed in every bag at the very bottom you'll find some little crumb pieces, yes they'll charge you for those or the burnt ones. Uber eats won't do anything nor the restaurant so if you go there to eat check everything before leaving. No wonder the reviews...

When i picked my order the woman thought I ordered a beef when I picked up the bag it was a bowl so re ordered a Loco mock and it was in a bowl again I order the same thing every time it comes with 2 beef patty and 2 eggs over rice when I got home to eat it was 1 beef patty and one egg over rice I called them back and asked the same woman did they change the way they cook there Loco mock she said no and i said why are they so small now and she said oh I thought you wanted a small bowl I'm mad right now I said I want to make a complaint and she said go ahead and hung up on me.
