TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Alameda

This has to be poorest managed staff I have seen at a togos. 4 employees all trying to manage what I assume was a big order/delivery orders and walk in customers. I ordered 2 cold sandwiches and it took 40 minutes from enter to exit. The order itself was 20 minutes. The whole staff looked like they were jumping between orders instead of tasking out who is handling what type of orders. My sandwiches only okay. The manager gave is horrible. I was ordering my sandwich and the guy was making my sandwich with no problem. The manager gave kept reaching his hairy arm over myself and I asked him politely. Please don’t reach over my food and he yelled at me and told me there were seven other sandwiches that he had to make, and mine was not that important. I will be calling corporate on him.
