My wife ordered a gluten free cake for our anniversary. She's been gluten free for a while, so I've gotten experienced with gluten free cakes. Usually gluten free cakes are rubbery, dry, or bland.
The gluten free cake we got from Alaska Cake Studio was, without a doubt, the best gluten free cake I've ever tasted. It's not even close. It was moist and delicious. It was not only indistinguishable from normal cake, it was better than normal cake. Quite frankly, if this is what her gluten free cakes taste like then her normal cakes must be fantastic.
