Boba cucue — Restaurant in Alaska

My wife and I were excited to try a new boba place. My wife is lactose intolerant so we ordered her drink with soymilk, light ice, and extra boba. I also don't do too well with dairy so I ordered mine with just oat milk. When the drinks came out, both my wife and I had dairy in our drinks, there was a single layer of boba at the bottom, the boba wasn't properly cooked leading it to crumble instead of bounce, and my wife's drink was a third Ice even though we paid the upcharge for less. We ended up not being able to drink more than a couple of sips before our stomachs hurt and my wife spent the rest of the day glued to the toilet.

The staff were okay, it seems like they are still new as the person making the drinks had to help the cashier enter the orders.

I don't like giving places bad reviews, however, if you want to get some good boba in Anchorage I would recomend Bear Bubble Tea off of...

Bobacucue is a boba shop that had recently opened up a location in ANC, AK. Drinks are the perfect amount of sweetness, the shop itself is cute and clean, and the workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Since it was fairly new and im unfamiliar with the items, the worker, Jason, was very kind and patient when it came to helping me order. I ended up getting a delicious brown sugar boba with coffee jelly. Even though it was slightly busy, i was able to order and receive everything within 6-8 minutes. I genuinely hate to say, that yalls drinks are absolutely awful and disappointing. I was trying to have a little sweet treat with my friends and all we get was watered down drinks with a side of sickness after. As well as I have multiple people telling me it was awful when they had it in previous days. I hate to be THAT person but I will be, PLEASE either find new employees to fix the drinks or actually make the milk tea fresh and properly cook your boba.
