Cabin Tavern — Restaurant in Alaska

Back in the day The Cabin Tavern used to have free small snacks in the afternoons on weekdays. I miss those days. This is still a great place to go with friends and 'best friends'. Drinks from a Mason jar are always better than a can.

There's billiards, pinball and darts if you're into that. There's even a pinchy claw game in the back if you want to try your skills.

Decent little dive/locals bar. Surprisingly spacious on the inside with a small outdoor area as well. Food is available but very limited, and the drink selection was pretty standard. Still, hot dogs and chips are a nice touch when out drinking. We didn't play during our visit but there were plenty of bar games available such as billiards, darts, and a few arcade cabinets. Horrible service - young female bartender acts like she is doing you favor to get you a drink while you’re sitting at the bar. Very snooty - also doesn’t know how to get the NFL games on the TVs - no sound on TVs allowed when game is on. Owner has SMS and knows everything about everything. No food. Female bathroom smells horrible and looks like the last time it was updated...
