Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alaska

Would not recommend!! Tonight after a long day, decided to order a pizza from here once they sent us an Emergency pizza to use, so we added a bunch of extra toppings and order it. from Northernlights and Muldoon location, after getting the pizza Bit into it and after a few bites, a loud crack! I spit it all out and find a hard white plastic piece in the large chopped Italian sausage,which cracked/chipped my tooth, sorted thru to see what it was as well was a small hard plastic maybe, so Called them to let them know about it as well to see what the next steps would be, after taking with the manager “Tony” ( which the guy, very rude, aggressive as well raspy voice) and was. Way confrontational about it, asking me personal questions do you have fillings and do you think they fell out, and like when was the last time you where at the dentist. Which was out of line and not the restaurants business to know. But after trying to resolve the issue he refused to refund the free pizza” just the toppings basically and delivery fee as well we tipped what a pizza would have costed just to spread the love. But anyway the conversation was so bad my wife had to record it on her end because the things this manager was telling us, saying this is most likely as scam. And that we are looking to get a payday. Would not recommend ordering from Dominoes Pizza. We have contacted Corporate and hopefully might see a resolution, and definitely not looking for a payday just a tooth to be fixed from food from your establishment, will be contacting the Municipality of Anchorage and see if this location had other similar complaints and file one as well. Long time customer, or i used to be. I wont be ordering from here again. Ordered using the app which has a gps tracker function. I watched my order leave the store and tracked it all the way to my neighborhood to a house the next street over. My wife and son, returning from a quick store run, were behind the driver and saw the driver turn. They came in the house and we waited for our pizza to arrive. Via the app i watched the driver return to the dominos. No pizza. I call the store a man named shawn answers and i tell him albeit i quite upset at this point because i realize they've delivered my order to the wrong house and the people took the free pizza because the app has shown my order as complete. He tells me he will call me back after he figures out what happened. I wait 30 mins or so and call back. Was then told they'd remake my order and refund my money. Shawn made comments during our conversation that lead me to believe the driver most likely told him i was lying to get free food. It now four hours after my initial order and as i figured would happen. I have not gotten my food and refunds dont process as quick as the money comes out if he did in fact refund my money. No pizza...

I order often from Dominos because typically their pizza used to arrive at my house in about 30 minutes from the time I placed the order. The last couple of times though it has been an hour, just like any of the other pizza places. I was ok with sacrificing on the taste of the pizza to get one that was still relatively hot. But there's no point in sacrificing taste for speed if they're not fast anymore. Today I watched my driver go a little over 1 mi from the store in the opposite direction to make a delivery, then go to a second delivery that was 3 miles away and not any closer to my house, and then deliver my pizza. It was barely warm and he was on the road about 25-30 minutes from the time he left the store. I don't mind someone making one other stop if it is in the same direction/general area as me, but not when they make 2 stops that take an extra 15-20 minutes than if they delivered direct to me.
