Horrible service from the Asian supervisor on duty on12/11. First we had a large party come in. We were told we had to order from the kiosk because there machine was down which we were okay with but kind of an inconvenience with this many orders. Then when we got our food we asked for extra pickles and were told it by that supervisor that he would have to charge us but then the kiosk didnât have a button for a side/extra pickles so the supervisor tried to walk off with our card to go to a machine in the back where we couldnât watch what he was doing with our card. Then when we received our food we didnât receive the right sauces so my sister asked if she could get the correct sauces and he tried to charge her $.20 per sauce even though it is not posted anywhere that sauces cost extra. Then another employee when asked by another one of our party for sauces was given to them. Then when my niece asked if she could get some BBQ sauce he yet again tried to charge her. I asked if this is a policy could he show me where it is stated and he could only say it was on his computer. So I asked how is that supposed to help the consumer if itâs not posted which he had no response. Then when I asked for his manager he denied me. I asked for a way to connect with his manager and he gave me a CA number that was disconnected. Then when I asked for his name he said he wouldnât give it to me and walked away. This is ridiculous customer service and this man needs to be removed from this position before this store continues to lose...

Service: they will visibly catch an attitude if you don't use the enlarged POS system. I personally do not like using it because I can't ask for "no salt" on the fries. And my order usually gets wrong when I use it. Staff also seems as if speaking was against the law the way none of them say anything but "anything else" .
Food : It usually tastes like it's been sitting there for hours . Can't ask for it fresh because it seems like they put the old fries on the bottom and sprinkle new ones on top. Their soda machine that's on the outside NEVER tastes right. Either it needs new syrup or it has no carbonation ( no CO2 ) . And I mean every visit I go here, it's the same with the drinks .
Atmosphere: seems very zombie pace . Also the playground area legit smells like FEET and FUNGUS. They definitely need to figure out a way to neutralize that smell .
You might be wondering, well why do you come here if it's not that great? Simply for my kids - they like the playground. I order food from a different place, order the kids happy meals...
