New asian Market — Restaurant in Alaska

Just got home after our second time coming here and buying both groceries and food which is fun! The quality of the food they make there is really good, we have tried their basil chicken, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and Mongolian beef. They were all among the best we've had in Alaska. It doesn't taste like cheap Asian stuff, it tastes like it was made with love and care and it's super unexpectedly good to have that many good things in a row. We also had their spring rolls and egg rolls both of which were also great! Then while we waited for our food to be made we went shopping both times. They have everything you could imagine for making most things in the Thai Asian kind of side of things, and they're really into asking you if you'd like them to carry new things which is great. I'm sure they will eventually expand their refrigerated section to have more fruits and veg, but as far as the shelf stable type of stuff the way they have it all, and they certainly have enough of the refrigerated stuff you could make great curries and things. After the last Asian market close down so briefly after it opened here in the valley, this is the best you can get without having to make a trip into Anchorage, but they're cooking alone is worth stopping in even if you don't need any...

I added this great restaurant when it first opened and thought my review went in then. But apparently it didn’t. However-the business add was successful! These photos are from the early opening days of Into The Brew‘s Cafe and Asian Market and she has added so much since then! She continues to surpass expectations for great food consistently and added a lot to her inventory! Customer service is excellent. We have ordered so many times and have never been disappointed with anything. I will update photos soon as she has really worked hard at building up this great restaurant and family run business. If you need to get fresh thai basil or asian market supplies in Wasilla this is the best place to go! Her bagged rice prices are great and worth stopping by to get your rice and hard to find items! I went in for yellow curry, and they were out. I was asked if I wanted to try red curry, and so I did. The flavor was there, and the spice level I asked for was perfect 💯 The overall dish was delicious and hugged my soul. I will say, though, that the chicken was a touch overcooked, and I wish I had more rice for the sauce.

I also asked for potstickers, and those were fried to perfection and flavorful. I was questioning whether or not they provided enough dipping sauce, but it was the perfect amount.

I know they are starting off with a light menu, but with the taste and quality, I'm sure they will overgrow their current store! Parking is kind of tight, and the dining atmosphere indoors is small. I'll definitely be back to try...
