Perkup Espresso — Restaurant in Alaska

I live close to this location so it’s convenient, but the last 2 times I went the same girl messed up my order both times. I went sometime last week in the morning and ordered a 16 ounce drink, she charged me wrong and gave me a 24 ounce drink but I didn’t have time so I didn’t say anything. I went in again on Sunday the 13th and the same girl took my order, I got 2 16 ounce drinks and she told me my total and started handing me a 24 ounce drink, I told her I ordered a 16 ounce and she just stared at me for 5 seconds like a had a third eyeball and she closed the window without saying anything and started remaking it. She hands me the new one with the new total and then proceeds to hand me my other drink that she also made as a 24 ounce. I already paid and they had a line so I left. But if you don’t remember the size a customer ordered just ask them again, I’m a barista myself and I promise the customer would rather be asked again instead of being charged for the wrong thing. I enjoy the fact that they have numerous locations scattered around the Mat-Su area. The customers service is friendly and personable for the most part. A little on the spendy side if you frequent them. I love that they have a rewards system. I have been dissatisfied with my beverages a few times, due to not paying attention to detail about what I have ordered. Love the hours of operation and appreciate them for having late hours.
