Very professional but no one took the time to train them and they were taking orders from the customers and it's pretty hard to keep good employees; someone else from another store help them making the orders; suggestive training but just to know the basics would help keep your good employees and customers who just need help from Their management members team because keep good employees in this weather and the co-worker didn't seem to care about how his co-worker is trying to figure it out because he is like maybe working with a girl maybe he would be more willing to help train them, no they both need help, just go ahead and I didn't want or have any problems with the team and it would be nice if someone can take the time to train this team, how can you do a Awesome job unless you have a Awesome mentor team; this is not a joke holidays are coming up and haw do they know what to make with out training for I know you have some of the best subs but if you're employees who work for subway don't know how to make the sandwich; so sad your going to lose 2 employees that are willing to work in 21 degree weather or worse, driving conditions ect! Read moreI was extremely disappointed with my visit to Meadow Lakes Subway tonight. Upon arrival my husband and I were nicely greated but it went completely downhill from there. The staff that was originally up front (who saw us come in) retreated to the back, leaving one person up front to help. The line was disgusting and looked as if it hadn’t been stocked or wiped down in awhile; complete lack of vegetables, green tomatoes, wilted lettuce and other vegies in the cracks of the cutting boards. There were also sauce spots along the entire end cap. Gross!! Four people working and the guy helping us (Tyler) didn’t seem too thrilled to be there. He had to call another worker up front and then stated in front of all the customers “I cant deal with all this right now.” As we got further down the line his patience, along with his attitude, seemed to get progressively worse. Honestly, I don’t know what was worse. The workers lack of enthusiam and prefessionalism or the uncleanly appearance of the line. Both of which made me almost say “forget it”...
