First off, the food isnt bad. Here's what frustrates me. I've given Pizza Hut many chances from this location and have let me down each time someway some how. Not to sure if it's just bad luck or what. I ordered their cinnamon sticks for delivery and got the sticks without the frosting. Which is quite frustrating that's like getting a burger without meat. Also I came in ordering cheese sticks 3 weeks ago and they ran out of dough to make it. How are you a pizza company who is franchised own and you ran out of the main product you sell? Sounds like you need a new inventory manager. Also last but not least, I chose to dine in today and see if things would be different. This place inside is absolutely disgusting, I'd rather eat off the floor at tacobell then eat at a table here. Also the restrooms are filthy and one is out of order. Imagine a bathroom out in the dessert at an abandoned gas station, their bathroom is worse. I chose to order a set of cheese sticks today with a Pepsi. I got great service from the guy who greeted us, then after that didnt see him. I believe he is a cook or something. Then I ordered an extra marinara at the beginning of my order when I ordered the cheese sticks and by the time it came out the cheese sticks were gone. I ended up paying for something I couldn't use. Then I also ordered a Pepsi, as a polite manner to help the waitress and as well as give her awareness when the cup was empty it was on the edge of the table therefore it wouldn't take any longer than 30 seconds to fill and return it to me. I also have to complain about the waitress eating on the job without wearing gloves or sanitizing her hands without delivering the food. Spreads germs and is overall disgusting. I will never recommend this place, the next best place to go to for pizza is Pizza Man or Great...
Read moreEdit: spoke with the manager. Literally the only person working at this location during the time of the incident. Was 100% able to still fulfil my order and did a great job. Also informed me that the minimal order for delivery is $10.99. I was told the minimal order was $14 by the call center. Unfortunately I can understand the need to outsource for help. Hopefully these issue will be resolved in the future and that help won't be be necessary.
The Pizza Hut in Eagle river is exactly what you might expect, overwhelmed. Anyone ordering from a pizza chain in a small town can expect the unexpected. It's a very difficult time to give an honest review, most businesses are struggling to employ enough people and those that are employed are often over worked.
With COVID-19 still prevalent, there's only so much I can say. The decision for Pizza Hut to outsource their incoming calls to a call center over seas is abysmal. It is nearly impossible to contact anyone at the eagle River location by phone. And because of this they lost my business on one order over a disagreement with an employee of a call center and 2$ difference in minimal delivery expense. I'm not going to order more food than I need. I have had the exact same order delivered to me before without issue.
There is plenty of competition to get great food from with none of the aforementioned issues.
I would gladly order from Pizza Hut again. Only when I am capable of contacting the store and it's employee's directly. That is a simple service that should be paramount in...
Read moreOur visit last night to this Pizza Hut was one big cluster. We arrive and see plastic .99 cent table cloths on the tables and a dirty and outdated interior. We were told by a server that the menu was available through a scanned QR code which took a little while to work properly. Server was semi-quick to take our order. She brought over two bottles of root beer - I think we were both expecting fountain drinks. As we sat there, some guy in the back of the restaurant, continually yelled at the other workers, at one point using the F word while there was a child dining in the restaurant with his parents. I am no prude about curse words, but that was inappropriate. It didn’t take forever for our food to come, and the pizza was pretty good. They brought our pizza in a box. Ummm, clearly we planned to dine in since we’ve already ordered sodas. We had to ask numerous times for plates. The first time, the girl said “how many“. One would think since there were two of us at the table, that we wanted two plates, but OK. Then we had to go retrieve plastic silverware and napkins. It almost seems like they are days away from closing. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back. Something tells me that the girl who is training to be a server isn’t going to make it. She clearly doesn’t listen, and we had to repeat various request numerous times....
