431 Glacier River — Restaurant in Alaska

My son and i ordered our burgers and took our seats. Waited 30 minutes and no sign of our food. Waitress walking around asking all the tables around us if they were missing a bacon cheeseburger. She did not ask us and we were the only ones without food. Waited another 5 minutes still nothing. My son went up to the counter and was told that they "misplaced" our order. We were offered an appetizer while they made our burgers. Chicken wings were brought out pretty quick. When our burgers did arrive my son did get his bacon cheeseburger, but I got a plain cheeseburger instead of the blue cheese burger I had ordered. Another customer got up and went to the restroom and they cleared her table and she was not done. A gentleman sitting across frommher table tried to tell the staff that the customer was in the restroom and didn't believe that she was finished with her food. I doubt that I will go...

From the first bite to the last, everything was outstanding. The wings were perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in a flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of kick. The ranch was fresh and creamy, the perfect balance to the heat.

1st time there was ok, but 2nd time was not. Order wrong again (got to pay attention to details because no tomatoes 1st time, and no onions 2nd time. Had to ask for and they were great about it tho.) Regular fries-good seasoning but soggy. Sweet potato fries-no seasoning and soggy. Onion rings-perfect! I don't eat out often, and stay away from fast food, but 2nd time there was like eating fast food! I felt sick to stomach and smelled like fast food joint all night. Woke up feeling like I had hangover. Expensive too! Sorry, I don't like giving bad reviews. They're newly opened and likely still working out the kinks of ordering and cooking, which I understand. But the way I felt for 24 hrs. after eating there is enough to warn others if they also tend to stay away...
