Ski & Benny Pizza — Restaurant in Alaska

I would give it zero stars if I could but that's not an option. My order showed up and it was completely wrong the driver and also the suppose it owner were very patronizing trying to put the blame on the online ordering service claiming they would have to make it right. All this even after I paid cash. They refused to bring me the proper pizza. I made several phone calls and finally thought I was getting headway when someone said they would have them remake a pizza for me. At this point I just wanted the right food I didn't ask for a refund. Then I get a bill in my email saying that they would fix the error and that I have to pay for it. Avoid this place at all cost it sucks!

I politely told the employee about my deathly allergy to the pizza I received and can you believe the person on the phone actually told me "It's not my fault you ordered the wrong pizza, I can't give you another (the correct) pizza because I would have to pay for it out of my own pocket."

Owner says a replacement was offered to us free and it never was. Instead it was offered to us at a price. I never wanted my money back I simply wanted what I ordered. Never again will I ever order from here and neither...

I have had nothing but issues with this pizza place screwing up multiple orders from myself and friends. I am curious though as to why when someone gets an order and it shows up wrong why the owner tries to blame grubhub? Blame yourself for not being able to properly read a damn order ticket or computer screen! The Customer is always right. Your pizza flat out sucks, the marinara is bitter, the cheese is too low quality and makes the pizza way too greasy and oily, and the crust has no flavor. I won't even talk about how bad the breadsticks were.

I would write more but there is no point because you will just reply with one of those sorry about the inconvenience we will work harder copy and pasted messages or just blame grubhub for your messups!

On a final note the worst thing is that they offered to fix my order after over 45 minutes if back and forth complaining and insults the owner gave me and then I find out they tried to charge me for the fixed order. Waste of time and nothing but garbage food, I would rather eat sicilys and that stuff I wouldn't even...

I pick up there regularly as a delivery driver (Doordash) 1st time ordering & now I see why! Delivery was fast under 30 min. courtesy of DoorDash. Made to order. Came nicely hot, cheese was gooey & crust lightly crisp (ThinCrust) I tried their garlic butter sauce instead of marinara & that added a special touch 😋 They have BBQ & Ranch options for sauce. Just added 1 as per topping is $1.50. 27 different toppings to choose from & I like how they give you the options for which side you would like your toppings on (LeftHalf/RightHalf) An added .75 cents per topping on which ever side you choose. Definitely will recommend as a top choice for local pizza in Anchorage!
