Subway — Restaurant in Alaska

There was a single person working tonight. He made myself and my friend a sandwich and my friend was the one who built the sandwich and she mentioned how she hadn't ever seen the pepper shaker dump so much pepper it once before. I thought nothing of it until I took a bite and opened it up and realized there was clumps of nothing but pepper. Both of us being nice people didn't say anything and attempted to eat the sandwich anyway after wiping some of the pepper off. I had been experiencing harboring all day and this was the highlight of my heartburn easily for the entire day. And she said that she could still taste the pepper around an hour after eating a sandwich she finished hers I got about halfway through the heartburn became too intense I had to stop. I then asked the employee if he could possibly make me a replacement sandwich just a half that I was supposed to eat. After seeing reluctant at first he finally gave in and said he could replace it in a very frustrated and unhappy way. I assured him that I would make this review and give it a good rating since you replaced the sandwich, with no pepper of course. So there you go, that's my review. I had a great experience today compared to all the other subways in Alaska, my sandwich was so well made it reminded me of being a kid when my great grandma would make us fresh hoagie sandwiches. The food wasn't only the good part of my visit I was given excellent customer service by 3 young ladies .I didnt have to repeat myself twice or even 3 times like all the other subways in anchorage .To sum up my entire visit I would respectfully like to say my sandwich was absolutely bussin , sheeeeeessh ... That people that helped me today deserve a raise , a paid vacation, maybe even a promotion. It's hard to find anyone willing to work or even willing to to do their "job" Anyway...
