If you're having any issues at this Starbucks you should contact the store manager Sadie Elizabeth Leader.
The inside was remodeled and it looks great! What I see that is different is the large open space in the middle of the store. I'm not sure, but maybe there are fewer tables and chairs than before? There is a bar next to the barista that is now much lower. I really like this bar because anyone can sit or pull up to it. I like the new look and I think you will too. Come inside!

Read moreI’m not inclined to write reviews but today changed everything. I ordered at the drive thru paid for my $7.75 peppermint mocha with a $20 bill and 3 quarters. The cashier promptly dropped the quarters of which I was able to reach out my door, retrieve 2 and hand back to her, 1 of the quarters rolled under the car. She handed me the change of $12.75 as if the other quarter had never existed. I asked her, “Is this really your solution?” and she got the female manager who informed me I was welcome to pull forward and retrieve my quarter. It isn’t the quarter that’s at issue, it’s that I was invited to get out of my car in the rain to be made whole in this transaction. The cashier then flippantly said, “have a nice day” and closed the drive up window. I don’t conduct business this way. I know that this transaction to the owner is just a drop in a bucket. But remedial training would go a long way with these 2, unknown how much they are...
Read moreYou'd think after numerous tries, you could get a drink right since the same person made it OR maybe have someone make it in an attempt to correct it.. This location is hit and miss. I'm not a fan of the poor customer service i.e. being spoken to like a child.. I wish this store was consistent. There's a few staff who make it a wonderful experience and make terrific drinks and then there's other days where you feel like you're an inconvenience for being a paying customer and existing and other staff don't know how to make the drinks. Unfortunately I don't think this will be my regular store anymore. I'd rather go to another location that's worth my tips I leave and know what they're doing when making drinks and understand GOOD customer service.
