I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently received during my visit to your 3600 Palmer Wasilla Hwy. store. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was not greeted at the intercom. After waiting for a while, I decided to pull up to the window, only to be met with no one at the window. I then used my phone to call the store and, after some delay, a staff member finally came to the window. To make matters worse, I was informed that the Vita Water and lemonade I had ordered were unavailable, and because I had placed my order through the app, they could not issue a refund. Since my family doesn’t drink soda, I asked if they could substitute the drinks with a bags of chips, which the employee agreed to. However, things only worsened when I got home. Two of the sandwiches were missing meat. I drove back to the store again and spoke with the manager over the worker's cell phone, Jade. After reviewing the cameras, Jade confirmed the workers had put the “appropriate” amount of meat on the sandwiches, though this was clearly not the case. Frustrated, I left the store, and when I went to eat my $40 worth of sandwiches, they were inedible. The bread was dry and crumbled in my mouth like sand. At this point, I am truly disappointed and frustrated, not only with the lack of attention to detail in preparing the order but also with the quality of the food and the overall customer service. I have called twice so far and still the correct item and missing item are not delivered! First call 5:35pm Second call 5:56pm. From 6:15pm until 6:26 pm I spoke with a lady that originally introduced herself as Britany she sad she’s not the manager but is in charge of the store and that they’re not sending me my items and that I have to bring the incorrect sandwich to the store even though I paid delivery fees.
