definitely not one to write reviews on Google, but since there is no facebook page i decided to write one on here. went there the past 2 days and they messed up our order 3 times. first was yesterday, where they filled up a medium fry half way, which really made it a small fry and a jr bacon cheeseburger that had no bacon on it. on top of that, whenever we would tell the cashier something at the window or over the intercom, she would always have to say "what" even though we were speaking clearly to her once we got home we realized the mistake in our meals and my boyfriend had to go back here and get new food. then today i went there for a simple 4 for $6 and it took about 15 minutes when we went into the actual lobby because there were cars basically going out of the drive thru. we also witnessed them make an order twice even though we saw it being served to the customer already and the customer was long gone by then and customers walking out due to cashiers not taking orders in a timely manner. the cashiers up front would tell customer "hold on" as soon as they approached the cash register. after we finally got our food we went home and i realized the jr bacon cheeseburger i asked for wasn't even a jr bacon cheeseburger and i specifically asked for extra pickles and the sandwich had 2 pickles on it and no bacon. i went back to the store and complained and their lobby was closed so we had to go through the drive thru and get a new jr bacon cheeseburger that didn't have any pickles on it. did not want to have to go there a third time that night, so i will be staying away from this Wendy's and only going to the one on new seward and northern lights. only go here if you want long wait times, BADDDDD customer service/management, and your food to be made incorrectly...
Read moreI am a Wendys fan and I have been going to my local shop for over 20yrs. And over the last 6months I’ve gone into this Wendy’s three times and had issues all three times. 1st time I ordered two burgers both had special requests nothing serious just no tomato and other light mayo..... they smothered the 1 in mayo and other they forgot the no tomato put it on snd took it off but the juice seeds from it were all over my bun and i gave both items back wanting them to start over. The 2nd time I went through the drive-through and the person taking my order was so rude and when I confronted her she use the excuse of it’s been a long day and she supposed to be getting off soon which was no excuse for me and it left a sour taste in my mouth. And THIS Time they messed up one item nothing serious, I just went back in to have it fixed and the lady was rude and acted like I was trying to get something for free or that I was a complainer, which I wasn’t I was polite and in shock by her attitude and she then turned to her coworker they is behind grill; and said That woman was upset about her order and said what I wanted fixed. I just wanna say its rude and disrespectful to have referred to me as That Woman! I wont be back to this store again. This woman will take my business to Taco Bell...
Read moreI know that this place is in a very busy part of Anchorage as it's the last hamburger stop leaving Anchorage towards eagle river. So, when everybody gets off work between 3:00-6:00 p.m., if they're hungry for a hamburger, they get some food for the trip to Wasilla or eagle River.
The problem is that it is one of the most horrible wait lines in the area. You will wait 30-45 minutes in the Drive-Thru Lane. If you order a head, you can only pick up your food in the Drive-Thru Lane. They don't start making the food until you get to the ordering booth. So it doesn't really make any difference whether you order a head or not. They simply are not prepared for the number of people that constantly go there. I attempted to go inside and get my online order instead of waiting in the drive-thru. One would think that would be quicker, but with only two people in front of me, it took them 15 minutes to finally get to me and only to inform me that I had to go through the drive-thru instead of the counter. Of course, I decided to get at the back of the line of the drive-thru and waited the 45 minutes for them to give me my online order I made one and a half hours previously. So, order at your own risk!
