“ Samantha “ The tall skinny chick with red hair supposedly the assistant manager. Refuse my DoorDash order because I said that she did not have good customer service and that she didn’t have to talk to me like that. Then when I asked her for her bosses name She proceeded to tell me to leave and that if I stay that she’s gonna call the cops and have me escorted out when I was not being irrational, crazy , or rude. I was a manager at Taco Bell for three years it really seems like they don’t care anymore ! I went through the drive-through and Samantha talked over some guy that was actually taking my order rudely telling me that I had to go into the lobby and that it was a Door Dash policy all I said was OK you don’t have to talk to me like that he was actually talking and customer service. And because of that your employee denied my order which wasted my time my money and my gas. Also threaten to call the cops on me. I work in management I worked in security I was frustrated with her after she refused my order but there was no reason for her to threaten to call the cops on me and even deny my order in general. This girl obviously does not know how to run anything she’s not professional. For someone to be hurt by a customer saying that they have poor customer service In deny service is completely the most immature unprofessional thing I’ve ever experienced. I love Taco Bell, and always go to the one on Muldoon. However, tonight we decided to try the one on 5th and were disappointed. We never see a line at that Taco Bell, and now I know why.

I ordered the new Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. It was very okay. It was missing sour cream, jalapeno peppers, and red strips. I checked the receipt, and it definitely said spicy so I am not sure what happened. Not to mention all of the steak was bunched to one side, with all the rice on the other side. Definitely not a good wrapping job.

My wife ordered 2 hard tacos, which were both wet for some reason and very skinny. I am not talking like a little moisture, like legit soaking through paper from where the beef was just way to wet.

Suffice to say, I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. 2 stars because well, its Taco Bell and its kind of hard to screw up the same 5 ingredients done 20 different ways so it was still okay. But, it definitely was not what I would expect or be...

The young staff here was very rude. After rushing us through our order, they ended up getting the order wrong. First, they forgot out drinks. Then, my husband asked if everything was in the bag. The young guy said yes but didn't completely understand what was asked and left the window. When he came back to the window, my husband asked where our drinks were. The guy stated, "Well, they're not in the bag!" In a slick way! This set me off, so I told him that he needed to go get them! Apparently, they were ready and just waiting for him to hand them to us. He was going to let us leave without them. Next, after going through the bag, we were missing items, and it seemed like they had just threw a bunch of tacos in the bag. 🤦‍♀️ After we went through the bag, my husband went inside, which was around midnight.
