Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Albany

Nothing but incompetence at this dq on Dawson rd in Albany Georgia. My family and I went here on May 15, 2020 at 11:45am. We ordered a very simple order-( two hotdogs with ketchup, mustard, onions and chili, a small Oreo blizzard, a large reeses peanut butter cup blizzard and a large cookie dough blizzard.) What we recieved was a total disaster. We were given 2 hotdogs with only mustard and onions, a melted cookie dough blizzard. That was it. After we told them the order was incomplete, they took the receipt and acted all mad that they had to fix it. This crew was rude and very unapologetic. After trying to fix our order they never did get it right. Instead of a reeses blizzard we were given a melted brownie blizard and a melted oreo blizzard that was dripping all over the place. I told them to wipe it off and the girl at the window was rude and rolled her eyes. This place should be shut down or at least the crew working on May 15th, 2020 at noon should be fired. Never been treated that bad at any other restaurant I've ever been....

When I came to Dairy Queen believing I was going to get some great lunch to satisfy my upset stomach I walked out with a headache and almost a victim to fraud. As I repeated my order more than 6 times it seem as the person couldn’t comprehend so someone else stepped in with even less comprehension skills and still messed up my order trying to poison my child when I reminded her my child is allergic to pickles. As the manager stood back and watch this chaos he let the person who was handling food pull their germ filled phone out to harass me taking photos of me all while keeping my card in her possession after I told her I will call the police she threw my card at me and told me to F off after she took my money and still no food. Happened several weeks ago......I am usually annoyed that service is normally very slow and several cars are ahead of me but what really took the cake was there was only one truck ahead of me that day, when the employee came on the speaker she asked me to hold on, so I did. I waited and I waited and I waited!!!!!! And I said hello just as much!!!! Eight minutes to be exact only to hear that employee on the other side having a personal conversation on the phone with her friend-cursing on the phone and all-such a terrible example of customer service!!!!! I made sure I let them know about my unhappiness. Just upset at myself because I had so much going on at the time I did not call corporate!!!!
