Food was great but other larger orders were made before mine that were ordered after mine. Maybe there is some kind of reason for this but just seemed odd that they would make orders with 2 and 3 sandwiches and soup before they would make my 1 sandwich. One lady didn't get her whole order and she was complaining about the wait as well so they gave her a bag of food and I guess she didn't check it before walking out and once she left and another order was put together they were looking for her. I feel bad for her but I understand bc I was on the verge of just asking for a refund so I could leave. Only two employees were working to help customers while the other two were talking with another customer that possibly worked there... It was just rude the way the ignored other customers and how loud they were talking. Firehouse offers a fair selection of different sandwiches. They don't have the various types of bread that Subway offers, but the quality of their meats and cheese are leagues above the competition.

Subs here are a bit more expensive compared to elsewhere, but keep in mind each sub has basically double the meat of a Subway sandwich.

Kids also eat for $0.99 on Sundays!

The crew here is great. Always friendly, and they keep the place neat and tidy. Good management team.

Make sure you have crewmembers explain what "Fully Involved" means before you pull the trigger. :-)

I placed my order in advance to pick up at a set time, 6:20 PM EST to be exact. I arrived at that exact time. Let the person at the counter know I had an online order. For some reason she looked confused. However, she did mention to the other 5 workers behind the counter I was there. I sat and waited. And waited. At least 3 people who arrived after I did that placed their order at the counter got their food and left while I was still waiting. I went back to the counter to check on my order and everyone acted like they had no clue about it. Finally after waiting 35 minutes for an order that was placed in advance I got my food. Only to get home 10 minutes later and my food need to be reheated. The cheese wasn't even melted on my soup as it was barely lukewarm. Typically my experience at this location is pleasant.
