Iceburg Ice Cream — Restaurant in Albany

Took Grandkids here for the first time. Ordered sandwiches, while waiting on our food an elderly couple was coming in and my 9 year old grandson asked if he could open the door for them. Of course he did. The workers told him that they usually watch for this couple and open the door for them. They thanked him for the kindness. Told him he could choose a ice cream for free. I was so proud of the workers for the kindness they gave to the couple, and the kindness they gave to my grandson. We will be back, and I will share this story with family...

Have had ice cream at this place before, but today was a trip for food (and some more ice cream). Hot dog was overflowing with coney sauce and just right amount of onions. My onion rings were quite good and a portion that was spot on. Her walking taco was said to be good and the counter person was quick to offer sour cream, which is not the norm at most places. I finally had a chance to eat and enjoy the food at Iceberg 5/22 They had too much candy and temptations to look over, I am sure that will be a problem for me as summer goes on!
